Gopi is a selfish and materialistic middle-aged bald man. The story is about how as he ages, he asks his children to be patient with him and help him as he once helped them take their first steps, as old age is inevitable for them as well. It encourages children to care for their parents in old age, as parents once cared for their children in their youth.
