The Super Keto Diet. The Ultimate Keto

Here is the simple and delicious keto-friendly recipe for "Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken":
Ingredients:
● 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 4 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 cup heavy cream
● 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
● 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (a mix of dried oregano, basil, and thyme)
● Salt and black pepper to taste
● Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
​ Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
​ In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts to the
skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and fully
cooked. Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
​ In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
​ Lower the heat to medium, then pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for
2-3 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.
​ Add the grated Parmesan cheese to the cream sauce, stirring continuously until the
cheese is melted and the sauce becomes creamy and smooth.
​ Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, and adjust the salt and pepper according to your taste.
​ Place the cooked chicken breasts back into the skillet, coating them with the creamy
garlic Parmesan sauce. Let them simmer together for another 2-3 minutes, allowing the
flavors to meld.
​ Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Serve this delicious Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with some steamed low-carb vegetables
like broccoli, cauliflower rice, or zucchini noodles for a complete keto-friendly meal. Enjoy!
