The Keto Cookbook
Here's a delicious and easy keto recipe for you:
Keto Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings
Ingredients:
● 2 pounds chicken wings
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 3 cloves garlic, minced
● 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
● 1 teaspoon dried oregano
● 1 teaspoon dried basil
● 1/2 teaspoon paprika
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish).
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with
parchment paper.In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic,
Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, paprika, salt, and
pepper. Mix well.Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they
are evenly coated with the garlic Parmesan mixture.Place the coated
chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.Bake the
chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until they
are golden brown and crispy. Flip the wings halfway through cooking
to ensure even browning.Once the chicken wings are cooked, remove
them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Sprinkle with fresh
parsley for garnish.Serve the garlic Parmesan chicken wings hot as an
appetizer or as a main dish with a side of low-carb vegetables or a
salad.
