Meghdoot Housing Agency operates in India and its main objective is to build low cost houses that can be bought or rented by low income earners in India. This agency is geared towards working together with the society in ensuring that the under-served population in the society receive some quality housing. The agency makes very serious decisions on the quality of the houses being constructed for their clients. The leadership issue arises at this point of ensuring that the clients receive quality housing, the leadership theory applied in this case by the various individuals at different management levels should ensure that the agency maintains the right standard and image in terms of the services they are providing. The most appropriate leadership theory that can be applied in this case is behavioral Theory (Sengupta & Shaw, 2017).
The company has a mission of serving the low income earners in the society and they are actually committed to give them good quality houses so when the behavior of the personnel is questionable at the various leadership position, things may not work out well. Behavioral theory of leadership focuses not on the traits or the inborn traits of an individual, instead this theory focuses on the what an individual is able to deliver on the particular responsibility that he/she has been signed (Northouse, 2018). This theory is built on an assumption that leaders are actually made because the behaviors of an individual can be adjusted to fit in a given status.
Behavioral theory will ensure that the leader is in a position to adjust to the various qualities depending on the clients who are being served. According to this theory, the leadership qualities are actually learnt and not inherent, in this case the leader will be able to study the various clients and have some clear understanding of what they really what, not from their inherited qualities but by what they have learnt from the field. This is what will make sure the service delivery is at its best and the agency mission is obtained.

There is no doubt that India is struggling with housing problems due to the increased urbanization as well the general growth in population. In this regard, it is appropriate to find housing agencies that will work tirelessly to address the housing problem in India. There are many housing agencies that can be used to address the runaway housing problem in India. However, the most suitable of all is the Meghdoot housing agency (Ahluwalia, Kanbur, Mohanty, 2014). This agency has been chosen due to the fact that it is capable of assisting the government in developing low-cost houses for the middle and low-class workers in the city of Mumbai. This paper identifies and discusses the core values of the agency, the vision, and mission of the agency, and its key stakeholder with respect to its commitment to addressing the housing problem.
Question I
Meghdoot housing agency is a well-established housing agency situated in Mumbai whose core values are delivering quality affordable houses, commitment, consistency, and reliability. However, it is important to understand the extent or the degree to which these core values are aligned with social change in the city of Mumbai. Therefore in this regard, the agency’s core values are fundamentally established to help people improve their lives by building low cost or affordable houses that can either be bought or rented by the low-income community. This involves special programs that the agency has in place to meet the needs of the under-served population (Ahluwalia et al., 2014). The core values of the agency support the needs of the people in different ways. For instance, the agency’ core values support its vision as well as reflecting what the agency values the most; providing low-cost houses. Equally, the help the agency in making important decisions regarding the quality of the houses constructed.
Question II
Like many other agencies across the world, Meghdoot housing agency has a compelling mission that has enabled it to reach an expansive population. The mission of the agency is to offer its customers best deals in residential and commercial properties. This proves to be an important input in guiding the decisions of the agency regarding the construction of residential properties that would be acquired at affordable costs. There is no doubt that the mission of the agency is aligned with its core values. For instance, the agency’s mission enables it to develop strategies that consistently meet the needs of the people (Sengupta & Shaw, 2017). Elsewhere, the mission statement promotes social change in the sense that it guides the decisions of the agency regarding the construction of low-cost houses so as to eradic.

role of emotional branding and doppelganger brand image in indian lower house...INFOGAIN PUBLICATION
Politics and Marketing go hand in hand. A party’s or a candidate’s use of environmental analysis and opinion research to promote and publicize an awareness about the party’s organizational motto and aims for the betterment and satisfaction of groups of electors in exchange for their votes is the role of Marketing in politics. Emotional branding is chiefly regarded as a key to marketing success in politics. However, when using emotional branding as a tool to reach out and connect to the masses, little attention is given to the risks posed by this strategy. This article attempts to illuminate how emotional-branding strategies, in an attempt to appeal to the masses are conducive to the emergence of a negative brand image of that party or candidate, technically called as “Doppelgänger” brand Image. A case study of Lok Sabha Election polls of 2014 held in India is considered to highlight how doppelgänger brand image can affect the voting response of the public. The authors discuss how the principle of emotional branding used by the losing party paradoxically encouraged the formation and propagation of doppelgänger brand imagery which back-fired them. The historic loss of Indian National Congress against Bhartiya Janata Party is closely analyzed from the emotional branding and brand outlook perspective. The author concludes with a discussion of how Indian National Congress can progressively use the insights gained by analyzing a doppelgänger brand image.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
