1. The Story of my LIFE
The only reason why I’ve been single all this while is because I’ve become afraid of
commitment; maybe I’ve already given my Heart away.
There is nothing left that’s beating but when the beating does start, it leaves a trail of Anguish
and Suffering.
So, I set my heart free to wander, and then I met my Soul staring at me.
Never did I dare to fall in Love again, as I began to collect all the fallen pieces.
Away from all this when I could focus on the other things in Life,
I grew better and learnt a lot about myself.
I fell in LOVE with myself thereafter, and cherished every Moment alive.
Somewhere deep, within my Soul, found a broken part of me.
Fixed my wounds, and my Scars stood proud, witness to my previous Woes,
And now I fall in love with every other Girl, somewhere, somehow,
Looking for the right one all along.
Been years’ and still the search is on, sometimes I wonder,
Is it me or has my Conscience gone?
Hoping against Hope is the only drug that keeps me hooked,
While the search for the Right One goes on, and on, and on.
