identify the appropriate professionals to join the client’s project team. This process is interactive, easy and flexible. Projects
typically range from 3 to 6 to 9 months.
2. These professionals will report directly to the client’s project lead, who controls – and is responsible for – the project.
3. Under this flexible delivery model, Siegfried’s accounting resource professionals remain on the project for as long as they are
