The document outlines 6 powerful steps for reaching any goal:
1. Know your goal specifically and don't be vague.
2. Decide the price you are willing to pay as there are no free lunches.
3. Set a definite deadline that is not just sometime in the future.
4. Create a definite plan and focus all your energy on it without dissipating efforts.
5. Write your goal as a mission statement using meaningful language.
6. Read your mission statement out loud twice daily to see, feel and believe you have achieved the goal.
3. Knowing what you want is what’s going to define
which direction you are going to take. What you are
going to learn, people you are going to hire/collaborate
with to get to your goal.
11. open mindedness will inspire self-confidence,
courage and the ability to seeing things as they are
and not worse than they are or better than they
are.
12. Before a ship leaves any port
it must know its final
destination and how it’s going
to get there as these
significant pieces of
information will allow its
captain to plan how much
fuel, staff…to carry on board.
15. and don’t let anyone put you down for being a
DREAMER. Again, well-meaning family and
friends are usually huge influencers on one’s
ability to pursue their dreams. Don’t let them
stop you!

milestone milestone milestone milestone
deadline deadline deadline deadline
And break it down into milestones each with its own deadline
30. CONCREATE PLAN
execute at once…
Make a concrete plan for reaching
your goal and most importantly
begin executing your plan at once
whether you are ready or not.
31. ENERGY + FOCUS
Give all of your energy and
keep all of your focus on your
plan. Don’t engage in other
activities that don’t lead to your
definite goal.
33. A lot of people are engaged in so many varied
activities that don’t lead to a one and definite
purpose. If you dissipate your effort and energy
over many endeavors, you may have just little
energy left for the pursuit of your dream. So,
choose where you are going to spend your energy
carefully. Focusing your energy on one goal will
give you enough momentum to reach it.
35. Burn all bridges behind you and cut any sources
of retreat. When you know that failure isn’t an
option, you do whatever in your power to succeed.
(Provided that what you do is legal and ethical -
remember this is not a quick win program). It’s a
program that’s designed to change any habits that
may be keeping you from reaching your dream.
37. Having a strong desire has a synergistic effect on
achieving your goal: as you become better at what
you do you devote all of your resources to reaching
your objective and become more alert to
opportunities and you reach decisions more quickly.
Every action you take ultimately boils down to the
question. Will this help me reach my desire, my
overall objective or won’t it.
43. Persistence is what will carry you past life’s ups
and downs. The trick here though is to prepare
yourself in advance because when you are
overwhelmed with a problem or difficulty, you
will not have time then to develop the persistence
necessary to deal with the obstacle or setback.
49. Use words that have a deep
MEANING to YOU
Be picky with all the words you
use - you must understand
them clearly and they must
have a deep meaning to you.
50. Write in a LANGUAGE that has the most
INFLUENCE on your EMOTIONS
You don’t have to write in English! It
can be in any language….As a matter of
fact; it has to be in a language that has
the most influence on your emotions.
52. Pick a time when most
RELAXED
You should pick a time of the day when you
are most relaxed to do this. This time is
preferably just before you go to bed and
just after you get up in the morning.
53. Read your mission statement out
LOUD
You must read your mission statement out loud – Not too loud
though, but loud enough to hear yourself. Can be just as loud as
when you are having a conversation with someone.
54. SEE, FEEL and BELIEVE
you have already reached your goal!
While you read it,
55. A person will always act in harmony with
their IDENTITY...
(dominating thoughts in their mind!)
It’s a well-established principle in psychology that
56. So, if you BELIEVE you are a successful
person, you will work hard to become
one!
