This study provides an overview of the most common sport injuries, including sprains, strains, knee injuries, swollen muscles, Achilles tendon injuries, and dislocations. The research involved analyzing medical records, injury surveillance systems, and athlete self-reports to gather insights into the causes, risk factors, and management of these injuries. Sprains and strains were found to be prevalent in sports with sudden changes or impacts, while knee injuries and swollen muscles were common in sports with high demands on stability, agility, or endurance. Preventive measures like proper warm-up and technique training can reduce the risk of these injuries.
