Welcome to the join the forum of “Making Ethical Business Decision”. Due to learning is the most valuable moving, we will first try our best
to let this forum be a happy journey.
Ethic in nothing with mystery, we will not frame business ethics in terms of Aristotle either. As matter of fact, learning about organizational
ethics can actually be fun, therefore, we will discuss in this forum about what will be expected of us at General Electric, Bank of America,
Formosa, and corporations worldwide, and straight talk about how to manage it responsively, especial when in the period of ethical dilemmas.
This forum was developed for the MBA and executive programs of NTUST Management School, and will be relied heavily on the case
method of instruction, in which we will jointly analyze, discuss, and learn the fundamentals of what managers do and should do in the world of
corporate management; how can they measure ethics, make ethical decisions, and organize their social conducts.
Learning Objectives
An understanding of ethics is critical to all of us because good ethics represents the very essence of a civilized society, and after finishing this
course, all members are been hoped be able to:
Understand what’s ethic, and how to make ethical business decisions in the world of corporate management;
Understand the difference between an ethical dilemma, a value in conflict, and a defining moment;
Assess what to do when something goes wrong, and how to prevent that from happening.
Articulate constructive theory and practice as a resource for resolving moral mazes and ethical conflicts.

Things to Consider
All content will be post in school’s web chapter by chapter in one week advance, it’s better for students to read before joining the class;
The chapter might be changed in case of something new happenings, and which is worthy to be discussed accordingly;
The students will be requested to write two papers, one in middle, and other in final semester, in form of power-point by group, and
everyone will be strongly suggested to present in each group discussion..
Keeping silence is the worse of learning; each student is endorsed with the right to express his or her opinion in any moment of doubt.
