The Internet has grown rapidly over the past decade and changed how the world communicates through media by globalizing access. It has negatively impacted newspapers by decreasing their size and numbers as people get news online. Libraries have adapted to the digital age by organizing information online to allow virtual access locally and globally. While the Internet expands children's knowledge through educational games, it can be addicting for teenagers and replace social interactions with online use instead.
