INTRODUCTION
Marketing of a company is present throughout the company structure, with
planning for its actions to increase sales, as well as monitoring the company's profit and
the creative process is constant, because things change all the time. At the beginning of a
business should already be thought of in the marketing department as this is the mistake
made by several new companies that arise in the market, who care only about accounting,
location and management of employees, but it is exactly at the beginning of the company
that marketing should already be present.
In this time of great competition and brand exposure, Teaching Institutions, in
addition to offering differences, also need to attract new students. However, she will
hardly be able to accomplish this task without some kind of disclosure. It is in this sense
that some educational institutions develop a very interesting business model working with
printed materials. The printed material is still relevant in marketing strategies and has the
facility of being distributed anywhere. Business cards, flyers, banners and flyers are
essential for the presentation of an institution, whether it be higher education, languages,
pre-school or another category. Using good marketing strategies with the use of printed
materials is effective if you follow some standards.

THE OBJECTIVE OF MARKETING
Marketing aims to publicize the brand, service or product of the company through
actions, whether advertising or social appeal so that they can increase sales and profit of
the company.
Creating a marketing plan is to think with the head of the consumer, seek to
identify what he seeks, needs and is willing to pay for comfort, practicality and utility in
his day to day. Publicity is the soul of the business, so the entrepreneur believes that it is
not enough just to offer products with quality and low price, the customer needs an
attractive so that he can buy and to succeed in his marketing strategies is necessary
investments.
USE OF PRINTED MATERIALS IN THE UNIBELAS
The current collection of the company by information is what has motivated the
increase of investments in the area. In a highly connected world, when any blog or twitter
can be considered media vehicle and transmission of information, printed advertising can
be a strategic tool. A well-defined marketing plan helps the school to know the market it
wants to act and also define the best strategies to reach customers.
The marketing plan no longer serves only large companies to be used more and
more by the Institutions of Education as a strategy to boost the business, planning
relationship actions and immediate and efficient ways of communication to reach the
target audience.
Among the most important characteristics of printed materials is the
comprehensiveness, which instantly allows their contents to be, in a planned way, in
contact with different audiences. In addition, you can make your message clear and
multiply readers.
When designing a marketing plan, UNIBELAS must preserve one of its most
important values, which is the formation of the human being, as well as the construction
of the future. Many educational institutions, when thinking about their strategies, produce
material with inappropriate content that is not able to convince people to opt for the
institution.

FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
Marketing must have access to important company information, as well as taking
care of the internal communication of the company, taking care of its image, increasing
sales, investing in social and sustainability action, marketing is responsible for the success
of the company, becoming fundamental to its operation.
Therefore, UNIBELAS needs to define what type of image it wishes to pass on to
the client - and that it is consistent with their actions; Tailor the message to the target
audience - depending on the category of the school; The text needs to be clear and
objective - for the reader to understand the message at first glance; The material must
contain only what is necessary to convey the objectives of the institution; It is important
to have photos and illustrations, which facilitate reading and complement the message;
The distribution should be done in a targeted and punctual manner, never forgetting to
analyze the return on investment. The marketing work, especially through flyers, banner
or pamphlets, if well coordinated, has the function of increasing the visibility of the school
so that it can attract new students and become local reference.
