My name is Flecia Martin, and I am the founder of the Human Rights Help Center. I’ve had the
awesome opportunity to work with many of you on the Gorgon, Thunder Horse, and Marathon
projects over the past twenty years. However, what you probably didn't know about me is that I
struggled with the intolerance of others the entire time. The tolerance of others required for
productivity and prosperity for any business. Tolerance can only be achieved through cooperation
and collaboration which is why I have decided to dedicate the rest of my life to promoting tolerance
and assisting in the prosecution of trafficking and targeted hate crimes. My number one goal is to
prevent this hindrance for happening to others and to protect the children.
The children are our future and they are being abducting and sold into slavery or human trafficking
as young as five years old. As an American and a woman I can not let this continue. Perpetrators
must be caught and held accountable for crimes of stealing the lives, innocents and the childhoods of
our children. Hate and trafficking crime criminal must be tried and convicted in the United States
Court System. Therefore it is with humility that is seek the assistance of others to bring these kids
home so that they can get the love and attention that they deserve. And to stop hate crime targeting
that more often than not also leads to death.
The Human Rights Help Center which opened in February of 2018 is currently working on its first
case. Docket Number 1:18-cv-00122, which is currently pending in the United States Courts in
Denver Colorado. It’s a deliberate act of hateful malpractice due to race and disability and is part of
a much larger targeting hate crime that stemmed from me going to City Park in Denver Colorado.
There are about twenty companies and organizations involved including several police departments
and government agencies. Hundreds, maybe even thousands of people from various communities are
currently and since 2015 committing acts of harassment, stalking and attempted murder against me.

Human trafficking, believed to be the third-largest criminal activity in the world, is a form
of human slavery which must be addressed at the interagency level. Human trafficking
includes forced labor, domestic servitude, and commercial sex trafficking. It involves
both U.S. citizens and foreigners alike, and has no demographic restrictions.
Nothing in life prepares us for the traumatic experience of having a child or loved one
stolen and sold into human trafficking or child labor slavery. The Human Rights Help
Center work with law enforcement to bring these kids home in human trafficking cases
under both its Civil Rights program and its Violent Crimes Against Children program.
The majority of human trafficking victims in our cases are U.S. citizens, and we take a
victim-centered approach in investigating such cases, which means that ensuring the
needs of the victims take precedence over all other considerations.
Victims of human trafficking and targeted hate crimes and their families and friends
experience crisis reactions; the levels of extremes will differ from person to person based
on their personal situation at the time of the crime, the impact of the crime, and resulting
injuries. As each person is unique, so are victim reactions, responses, and recovery.
How the victim of a crime and their loved ones are treated immediately following the
crime impacts their ability to cope and recover. They will need to know what comes next
