PLANEA 2015 - 2018:
The national average of 2018 is very similar
to that of 2015.
On both skills women have improved results.
Private schools exceeded results in both skills
and presented same pattern in both years.
The lowest scores are related to greater
socioeconomic vulnerability or poorer
conditions
Mexico City has the better scores followed by
the richest states sch as Nuevo Leon and
Sonora

Workforces
Today there are special needs for actual
workforce. Training is not a priority within
organizations. As budgets tighten because of
economic deceleration, corporate training is
back on the line of priorities.
According to INEGI 2016 survey 12.6% of
total companies provides training to its staff.
Where the medium enterprises train 73.7 % of
their staff and micro enterprises only 11.5%.
The first reason not to train staff is that they
have already enough skills to do their jobs.
Women are less trained in manufacturing
enterprises (34.3%) and more in services
(46.6%)
