In this presentation we survey in field to know about the facilities of worker in RMG sector. We went 5 different factories & gathered data from the workers.
Sociology-An overview on workers facilities in Textile Industries of BangladeshMd. Jahid Hasan
This presentation is an on field survey on workers facilities in Textile and RMG industries of Bangladesh. This was done under the supervision of our respected Md. Abdur Rakib sir.
We were a group of 6 members and we talked with 18 workers and took thier feedback about their workplaces.
Using a quantitative research approach, we conducted this investigation. Regarding the workplace in the RMG industry, we shall compile quantifiable data. 20 different workers were questioned and we gathered their data.

This is the survey of worker's overview on RMG industries of Bangladesh. Till worker's are not gating their rights like living wages, safety equipment, child care services, most of the worker's are not satisfied with the training from factory etc. For that lots of worker's leave their job and move on with other professions.

Bangladesh, the southern Asian country has a population of approximately 164 million people. The economy of Bangladesh is significantly dependent on agriculture. But its a great news for the country the readymade garments (RMG) sector of Bangladesh has raised as the biggest earner of foreign currency.

2. Company profile
3. Comparing with Standards
4. Corporate Social Responsibilities of Trade Fair
5. Ethical Issues of Fair Trade Groups
A price hike negatively affects RMG workers' lifestyle by reducing their purchasing power, increasing debt, and impacting health and well-being. It may lead to social issues, migration, and strain on the local economy. Better wages and social protections are needed to address these challenges.

Data Centers - Striving Within A Narrow Range - Research Report - MCG - May 2...pchutichetpong
M Capital Group (“MCG”) expects to see demand and the changing evolution of supply, facilitated through institutional investment rotation out of offices and into work from home (“WFH”), while the ever-expanding need for data storage as global internet usage expands, with experts predicting 5.3 billion users by 2023. These market factors will be underpinned by technological changes, such as progressing cloud services and edge sites, allowing the industry to see strong expected annual growth of 13% over the next 4 years.
Whilst competitive headwinds remain, represented through the recent second bankruptcy filing of Sungard, which blames “COVID-19 and other macroeconomic trends including delayed customer spending decisions, insourcing and reductions in IT spending, energy inflation and reduction in demand for certain services”, the industry has seen key adjustments, where MCG believes that engineering cost management and technological innovation will be paramount to success.
MCG reports that the more favorable market conditions expected over the next few years, helped by the winding down of pandemic restrictions and a hybrid working environment will be driving market momentum forward. The continuous injection of capital by alternative investment firms, as well as the growing infrastructural investment from cloud service providers and social media companies, whose revenues are expected to grow over 3.6x larger by value in 2026, will likely help propel center provision and innovation. These factors paint a promising picture for the industry players that offset rising input costs and adapt to new technologies.
According to M Capital Group: “Specifically, the long-term cost-saving opportunities available from the rise of remote managing will likely aid value growth for the industry. Through margin optimization and further availability of capital for reinvestment, strong players will maintain their competitive foothold, while weaker players exit the market to balance supply and demand.”

Title: Chatty Kathy: Enhancing Physical Activity Among Older Adults
Description:
Discover how Chatty Kathy, an innovative project developed at the UNC Bootcamp, aims to tackle the challenge of low physical activity among older adults. Our AI-driven solution uses peer interaction to boost and sustain exercise levels, significantly improving health outcomes. This presentation covers our problem statement, the rationale behind Chatty Kathy, synthetic data and persona creation, model performance metrics, a visual demonstration of the project, and potential future developments. Join us for an insightful Q&A session to explore the potential of this groundbreaking project.

Techniques to optimize the pagerank algorithm usually fall in two categories. One is to try reducing the work per iteration, and the other is to try reducing the number of iterations. These goals are often at odds with one another. Skipping computation on vertices which have already converged has the potential to save iteration time. Skipping in-identical vertices, with the same in-links, helps reduce duplicate computations and thus could help reduce iteration time. Road networks often have chains which can be short-circuited before pagerank computation to improve performance. Final ranks of chain nodes can be easily calculated. This could reduce both the iteration time, and the number of iterations. If a graph has no dangling nodes, pagerank of each strongly connected component can be computed in topological order. This could help reduce the iteration time, no. of iterations, and also enable multi-iteration concurrency in pagerank computation. The combination of all of the above methods is the STICD algorithm. [sticd] For dynamic graphs, unchanged components whose ranks are unaffected can be skipped altogether.

Topic: The Facilities of Worker
in RMG Sector
3. Introduction
The Ready-Made Garments (RMG) industry occupies a unique
position in the Bangladesh economy. It is the largest exporting
industry in Bangladesh, which experienced phenomenal growth
during the last 25 years. By taking advantage of an insulated market
under the provision of Multi Fiber Agreement (MFA) of GATT, it
attained a high profile in terms of foreign exchange earnings,
exports, industrialization and contribution to GDP within a short span
of time. The industry plays a key role in employment generation and
in the provision of income to the poor. Nearly four million workers are
directly and more than twelve million inhabitants are indirectly
associated with the industry.

5. Methodology
The quantitative methodology is the foundation of the current study.
"The Infrastructure of Workers on RMG Sector in Bangladesh."
Information was gathered from original sources ( from the workers of the
companies).
Data from 15 employees and 5 different factories can be managed by us.
7. Result
• There are more female
workers than male
workers in Bangladesh's
RMG sector. But due to
our lacking's we got the
ratio
• Male: Female = 80:20
Result
Male Female
20. Conclusion
The greatest industry in Bangladesh for earning foreign currency is
ready-made garments, which also employs a sizable number of people. It
is clear that employees in this industry frequently cause disturbance,
nevertheless. Poor labor management including low pay rate, late
payment of wages, inadequate overtime allowance, low house rent
allowance, gender discrimination, lack of training, inadequate promotion,
high workload, absence of effective performance appraisal, poor
relationships between workers and supervisors, insufficient safety and
security conditions, relocation among different floors, lack of respect for
oneself, lack of worker participation in decision-making, and forcing
workers to a job that they don't want to do. A few additional elements,
include the low literacy rate and the availability of semi-skilled workers
