The document discusses God's plan to gather the remnants of Israel from around the world and bring them back to Jerusalem. It provides several Bible verses that prophesy this gathering. It argues that we are in the time when these prophecies will be fulfilled, and calls on the remnants to arise and help build up Jerusalem as God has commanded. The overall message is that God will restore Israel and gather them back to their homeland as promised in the Scriptures.

What has been God's desire from the moment He created us? Did you know that desire has not changed? The coming of Christ to this earth has been a matter of much study yet many fail to grasp the reason for Christ's coming. Parable of the Wheat and Tares
Jesus told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.
"The owner's servants came to him and said, 'Sir, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?'
"'An enemy did this,' he replied.
"The servants asked him, 'Do you want us to go and pull them up?'
"'No,' he answered, 'because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.'" (Matthew 13:24–30)
Knowledge and wisdom
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom and discipline. (Proverbs 1:7)
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom;
all who follow his precepts have good understanding.
To him belongs eternal praise. (Psalm 111:10)
Trust in the LORD with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Do not be wise in your own eyes;
fear the LORD and shun evil. (Proverbs 3:3–7)
Problem with the World (Sin)
Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, and in this way death came to all men, because all sinned. (Romans 5:12)
As it is written, "There is none righteous, not even one.” (Romans 3:10)
For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23)
Strength
Strength in God, Not in Man
For the foolishness of God is wiser than man's wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than man's strength. (I Corinthians 1:25)
I can do everything through him who gives me strength. (Philippians 4:13)
God Demonstrates His Strength in Our Weakness
Brothers, think of what you were when you were called. Not many of you were wise by human standards; not many were influential; not many were of noble birth. But God chose the foolish things of the world to shame the wise; God chose the weak things of the world to shame the strong. He chose the lowly things of this world and the despised things—and the things that are not—to nullify the things that are. (I Corinthians 1:26–28)
But he said to me, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ's power may rest on me. That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. (II Corinthians 12:9–11)
The Strong are to Help the Weak
We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak and not to please ourselves. ...

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

THE GATHERING OF THE REMNANTS
“The remnants of Israel shall not do iniquity, nor speak lies; neither shall a
deceitful tongue be found in their mouth: for they shall feed and lie down, and
none shall make them afraid” (Zephaniah 3:13)
It was the counsel of Heaven to give up Israel temporarily, to scatter them among the nations
of Sodom, Egypt and Babylon; that their tribulations in these nations may yield a people
purified for the LORD. In AD 70, the declarations of Jesus in Luke 21:24 began to be fulfilled
upon the Jews and upon Jerusalem, but the divine wisdom in allowing this was not only to give
to the Gentiles, a dispensation of grace but also, so that the Jews scattered amongst these
might receive the Son of God, whom they had rejected (Micah 5:1-3, Romans 11:5,7-12, 25-26,
Zechariah 13:9, Hosea 8:8-10, Micah 4:10, Hosea 5:15, etc). They can not reject Him one second
longer than was permitted!
Moreover, God is eternally committed to forgiving and gathering the whole of Israel to one
place. Hear Him,
“How shall I give thee up, Ephraim? How shall I deliver thee, Israel? How shall I
make thee as Admah? How shall I set thee as Zeboim? Mine heart is turned
within me, my repenting are kindled together. I will not execute the fierceness of
mine anger, I will not return to destroy Ephraim: For I am God, and not man; the
Holy One in the midst of thee: and I will not enter into the city. They shall walk
after the LORD: He shall roar like a lion: when He shall roar, then the children
shall tremble from the west. They shall tremble as a bird out of Egypt, and as a
dove out of the land of Assyria: and I will place them in their houses, saith the
LORD” (Hosea 11:8-11)
These declarations were made for manifestation in this generation, because speaking further
on the themes of forgiveness and gathering of the remnants, God says:
“For then will I turn to the people a pure language, that they may all call upon
the name of the LORD, to serve Him with one consent. From beyond the rivers of
Ethiopia my suppliants, even the daughter of my dispersed, shall bring mine
offering…Behold at that time I will undo all that afflict thee: and I will save her
that halteth, and gather her that was driven out, and I will get them praise and
fame in every land where they have been put to shame. At that time will I bring
you again, even in the time that I gather you: for I will make you a name and
praise among the people of the earth, when I turn back your captivity before your
eyes, saith the LORD” (Zephaniah 3:9-10, 19-20)
I imagine that, by the time God is done gathering the whole of Israel, the House of Israel will be
line one big Temple unto the LORD, and the blood of Jesus would have transformed every
Canaanite into a Jew:
2. “Yea, every pot in Jerusalem and in Judah shall be holiness unto the LORD of
hosts: and all they that sacrifice shall come and take of them, and seethe therein:
and in that day there shall be no more the Canaanite in the House of the LORD of
hosts” (Zechariah 14:21)
The LORD God of Israel is the master of dispensations. Jesus of Nazareth gave us a hint on this,
when He said that Jerusalem and her children must suffer oppression and tribulations until the
dispensation of the Gentiles is over. Again, Apostle Paul, speaking in Romans 11, said that the
Israeli dispensation will start as soon as the Hour of grace for the Gentiles is over. Now, you ask:
if 3 ½ years were this long and glorious, how much more 7 years? How much more the
beginning of eternity? How much more the unveiling of incorruption? Romans 11:26 as
compared with Zechariah 12:10-13:1 reveals the best thing to happen to humanity since the
crucifixion of the Nazarene - the fullness of the House of Israel accepting Jesus of Nazareth as
their LORD and Saviour, my God!
Imagine the beauty of it!
Imagine the glory!
Imagine the return of the Shekinah Presence!
Hasten it, LORD!
Secular events vis-à-vis scriptural evidence show that we are in that time in universal history:
we are counting down to the days of immortality.
Jesus Christ in Luke 17:37 told His disciples that wherever the body is, there the eagles are
gathered. Similarly, for Zechariah 8:20-23 (a prophecy distinctly made for our generation) to be
fulfilled before our eyes, God says;
“Thus said the LORD: I am returned unto Zion, and will dwell in the midst of
Jerusalem: and Jerusalem shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the
LORD of hosts the holy mountain…Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Behold, I will
save my people from the east country, and from the west country; And I will bring
them, and they shall dwell in the midst of Jerusalem: and they shall be my people,
and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness” (Zechariah 8:3,7,8)
If the LORD’s heart is in Jerusalem, His eagles have no choice but to set their hearts, minds and
bodies in Jerusalem. Therefore, let the remnants arise! Let the eagles of the LORD arise!
In fact the LORD speaking in Isaiah 13:3, said,
“I have commanded my sanctified ones; I have also called my mighty ones for
mine anger, even them that rejoice in my highness”
Therefore the commandment is not of man but of God, and the reasons are not far fetched. A
3. few are highlighted here:
1. God wants to raise intercessors for Jerusalem and Israel:
“I have set watchmen upon thy walls, O Jerusalem, which shall never hold their
peace day nor night: ye that make mention of the LORD, keep not silence, And
give Him no rest till He establish; and till He make Jerusalem a praise in the
earth” (Isaiah 62:6-7)
You that the blood has saved yet resting or probably waiting for the rapture, ask
yourself, is Jerusalem a praise in the earth? If not, why let God rest? God doesn’t utter
idle words, if He says this is His desire for Jerusalem, He means it. So make Him do it!
There is power in the location of service and suppliants, otherwise God would have
allowed Israel to serve Him from Egypt, but He told pharaoh, let my people go that they
might serve me!
Watchmen, arise and gather at the centre.
2. God wants to raise builders, reformers, leaders and evangelists for the House of Israel,
“Go through, go through the gates; prepare ye the way of the people; cast up,
cast up the highway; gather out the stones; lift up a standard for the people:
Behold the LORD hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, say ye to the
daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, His reward is with Him,
and His work before Him” (Isaiah 62:10-11)
Do we not know who the salvation of Israel is? He wants them readied to meet their LORD!
3. God wants people who will partner Him to purify the land, rid the land of offenses,
“And shall say, cast ye up, cast ye up, prepare the way, take up the stumbling
block out of the way of my people” (Isaiah 57:14)
The filth of Sodom and Gomorrah continually vexed Lot, yet lived there in sorrow because he
was powerless. If there were ten people to partner Lot to cleanse the land, Sodom and
Gomorrah would have been preserved till today but because there was none, God took Lot
away so that He can cleanse His land with fire and brimstone!
However, for this age, it is the decree of Jesus that we rise and cleanse the land; remove
stumbling blocks; so that you and I might shine forth with our gifts and talents! (Matthew
13:41-43)
4. God wants to raise heaven-inspired policy makers, restorers of good and those to lay
the foundation for the eternal kingdom,
4. “And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise
up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of
the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in” (Isaiah 58:12)
The princes of Sodom, Egypt and Babylon are not interested in the welfare of your Father’s
kingdom. They had their time, and maximally used same to work for the glory of their father. So
until you rise to build your Father’s house, it lies in ruins to your shame and eventual
punishment.
If they are not loyal to the God of Israel, they can not build for the God of Israel.
If the God of Israel is not the foundation, it is not good enough!
If the God of Israel doesn’t make the policies, they do not belong to Him.
If His glory is not in it, it is not good enough for humanity!
5. God wants to raise those who will remove the reproach of Jerusalem,
“I will gather them that are sorrowful for the solemn assembly, who are of thee,
to whom the reproach of it was a burden” (Zephaniah 3:18)
I imagine King Solomon, son of our father, the great king David, gathering the House of Israel to
the First Temple! I see the Shekinah Glory descending into the Temple, and the people
enraptured in their communion with the King of kings! The Lord of Lords asks the priests to
suspend the physical sacrifice; the spiritual union is already so overwhelming. The LORD of
hosts is glad to meet His children!
Oh the solemn fellowship, the solemn assembly of the saints!
Oh the reproach of the Mountain of the LORD, the Holy Mountain!
6. In Micah 4:1-2, God declared that His Temple has to be set up in Jerusalem. So it is His
joy that those who rejoice in His greatness gather together and make it happen,
“And they that are far off shall come and build in the temple of the LORD, and ye
shall know that the LORD of hosts hath sent me unto you. And this shall come to
pass if ye will diligently obey the voice of the LORD your God” (Zechariah 6:15)
“The glory of Lebanon shall come unto thee, the fir tree, the pine tree, and the
box tree together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the
place of my feet glorious” (Isaiah 60:13)
I groan every time I see the House of Israel abandon or ignore the glory and substance of their
inheritance for filthy shadows. Israel, when will you wake up? Do you need a hammer on your
head? Heaven can arrange one!! It is possible, with God we can!
7. God has sworn to dwell in Jerusalem and can not fail Himself, therefore, it is only fitting
5. that His people return and set everything in heavenly order and architecture. Hear Him,
“Therefore thus saith the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies: my
house shall be built in it, saith the LORD of hosts, and a line shall be stretched
forth upon Jerusalem” (Zechariah 1:16)
“And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong
nation: and the LORD shall reign over them in Mount Zion from henceforth, even
for ever” (Micah 4:7)
“And it shall be, that whoso will not come up of all the families of the earth unto
Jerusalem to worship the King, the LORD of hosts, even upon them shall be no
rain” (Zechariah 14:17)
Have the kings of the earth set their hearts on Jerusalem yet? Do they yet think to pay
homage to the Lord of Lords? Do they yet think to gather on Mount Zion to worship the
Most Dread; the Most Holy and true God?
Therefore, as decreed by Heaven, so let it be enforced: starting today, all blessings,
whether private or corporate, will be a function of allegiance to the King of kings and to
Jerusalem.
Those who want to dare the resolve of Heaven should dare to think differently.
Hmm, the LORD shall reign over Israel, in Mount Zion, for ever!
Oh the mysteries of God! The mercies of God towards Israel!
Where the body is, there shall the eagles be gathered!
Be prepared, be a builder!
As we bring this essay to an end, permit us to say that; the LORD God of Israel, the God of truth,
whose Word can not be broken, whose laws govern existence, whose decrees dictate history, is
particularly serious about the complete gathering of the House of Israel, wherefore it is also
written:
“And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set His hand again the
second time to recover the remnant of His people which shall be left, from
Assyria, and from Egypt, and from Pathros, and from Cush, and from Elam, and
from Shinar, and from Hamath, and from the islands of the sea.
And He shall set up an ensign for the nations, and shall assemble the outcasts of
Israel, and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the
earth” (Isaiah 11:11:12)
