The Digestive systemThe digestive system is very important because when you chew your foodThe food needs to go to your  stomach.The digestive system is made up of  digestive track a series of the hallow organs.The digestive system works when you start to eat.The 5 parts are mouth, stomach, small Intestine , Liver , and the esophaus
Mouthmouth is for when you eat food.The mouth chews your food.Produces saliva and chews the food and goes to your Esophagus.
Large intestineAbsorbs, vitamins , reabsorbs water and keeps fluid balance in the body. stores waste before it is eliminated. the place where waste products from food you eat. is collected and processed into faces.
gallbladderWhere food is stored until needed to digest.To store bile and a dark green digestive liquid.More power full to do more work.releases  stored bile into the duodenum
StomachThe stomach’s job it to accept the food that enters your body.Produces stomach acid.
Small IntestinesThe small intestines are 6 meters long.They are located in the middle of the abdomen.
LiverThe liver is a really long organ that is connected to the stomach.Second largest organ.Weighing up to 3kg in humans.
EsophagusConveys chewed food from the mouth to the stomach.Has four  tunics Layers .esophagus has striated muscle.
