A successful Product Owner must master two skills: The first, is sharing the vision, and the second, creating a collaborative environment. Collaboration is a primary human need, it is curved in our brain and turned to be an evolutive accomplishment allowing humankind to solve complex problems. Unfortunately, we were trained to negotiation in place of collaboration. In his talk, Haim teaches the audience a simple method for achieving collaboration and maintain it, the PM way.
