The global system behind a viewer’s transaction of watching a movie or TV show impacts viewers and show creators every day. What if all stakeholders had the same facts – Writers, Producers, Directors, Unions, Studios, Networks, Distributors, Theaters, Broadcasters, Cable Providers, Satellite providers, OTT providers and viewers? Blockchains offer precisely this opportunity. In this article we are going to explore new methods for enabling accountability in pre-production, production, post production, distribution, consumption and reporting with a secure chain of custody and metadata to be accessed, including key social attributes such as viewing method, display usage, rights compliance, and digital rights management.

The revolution against the banking industry is taking place at a breathtaking speed with the movement spearheaded by a new breed of technology entrepreneurs. The finance industry has long been marked by complex regulations, high barriers to entry and economies of scale and this is all set for disruption by the present fintech revolution. One of the most controversial and debated topics in the finance industry is blockchain. It is the buzzword in the finance world nowadays. The rise in Google searches for the term has risen to 1900% since 2013.

Since its launch in 2009, Bitcoin has emerged like a global phenomenon. Garnering massive success, Bitcoin has added to proliferation of virtual currencies, leading to creation of virtual trading / crypto currency exchanges, bringing an unprecedented semantic distinction to the form of money.
While Bitcoin saga brought a distinctive financial ecosystem to life, it didn't come without its own set of risks and challenges. In recent years, Bitcoin infrastructure and users have faced numerous risks including money laundering incidents, targeted cyber attacks and malware threats on digital wallets. As many security professionals observe, proliferation of digital currencies has also given rise to cyber crime and other forms of digital disruption. Blockchain Introduction - Canada Nov 2017.pptxAntony Welfare
Back in 2017 I joined the world of #Blockchain and presented my first ever Blockchain presentation on 14th November 2017 at a Tech meetup in Penticton, BC (Canada)
A few key highlights:
* The fundamentals of Blockchain technology have not changed (Trust, Transparency, Security, Quality/Certainty, Reduced costs)
* We were talking about Web 3.0 back in 2017 😉
* People still miss define Blockchain
* Janet Yellen and Christine Lagarde were commenting on Blockchain back in 2017
* Checkout the Dapps section – I was ahead of my time there!
* And the last three slides on the Market cap and increases – I was excited to tell people the market cap was $200bn, BTC was $8,000 and ETH was nearly $400 ……… Ahhh the good old days 😉
And finally – my “leaders comment” back in 2017 still stands “Blockchain is the next disruptive technology to transform the lives of our customers and our business operations”

"A couple of years ago Bitcoin revolutionised the way we think about money transactions and the economic systems around it. The technology behind it - Blockchain - has only started to show its potential, and today it is used for all kinds of decentralised transactions and systems. Safer contracts for house ownership in troubled regions, easier ways to rent equipment from our local government, more secure solutions for connecting devices, .. The endless possibilities challenge us to rethink long-lasting paradigms and craft all kinds of unique services and experiences. Come discover it all with us in the ARENA!" The European Unemployment Puzzle: implications from population agingGRAPE
We study the link between the evolving age structure of the working population and unemployment. We build a large new Keynesian OLG model with a realistic age structure, labor market frictions, sticky prices, and aggregate shocks. Once calibrated to the European economy, we quantify the extent to which demographic changes over the last three decades have contributed to the decline of the unemployment rate. Our findings yield important implications for the future evolution of unemployment given the anticipated further aging of the working population in Europe. We also quantify the implications for optimal monetary policy: lowering inflation volatility becomes less costly in terms of GDP and unemployment volatility, which hints that optimal monetary policy may be more hawkish in an aging society. Finally, our results also propose a partial reversal of the European-US unemployment puzzle due to the fact that the share of young workers is expected to remain robust in the US.
USDA Loans in California: A Comprehensive Overview.pptxmarketing367770
USDA Loans in California: A Comprehensive Overview
If you're dreaming of owning a home in California's rural or suburban areas, a USDA loan might be the perfect solution. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) offers these loans to help low-to-moderate-income individuals and families achieve homeownership.
Key Features of USDA Loans:
Zero Down Payment: USDA loans require no down payment, making homeownership more accessible.
Competitive Interest Rates: These loans often come with lower interest rates compared to conventional loans.
Flexible Credit Requirements: USDA loans have more lenient credit score requirements, helping those with less-than-perfect credit.
Guaranteed Loan Program: The USDA guarantees a portion of the loan, reducing risk for lenders and expanding borrowing options.
Eligibility Criteria:
Location: The property must be located in a USDA-designated rural or suburban area. Many areas in California qualify.
Income Limits: Applicants must meet income guidelines, which vary by region and household size.
Primary Residence: The home must be used as the borrower's primary residence.
Application Process:
Find a USDA-Approved Lender: Not all lenders offer USDA loans, so it's essential to choose one approved by the USDA.
Pre-Qualification: Determine your eligibility and the amount you can borrow.
Property Search: Look for properties in eligible rural or suburban areas.
Loan Application: Submit your application, including financial and personal information.
Processing and Approval: The lender and USDA will review your application. If approved, you can proceed to closing.
USDA loans are an excellent option for those looking to buy a home in California's rural and suburban areas. With no down payment and flexible requirements, these loans make homeownership more attainable for many families. Explore your eligibility today and take the first step toward owning your dream home.

What is a Wallet?
Form of cryptocurrency storage: software, web, etc.
15. All customer deposits, whether direct or via an
exchange, will be stored within the Vault
environment.
Once in the Vault signatures by multiple private
keys are required to move BTC.
All BTC stored within TCT Vault will be insured
against theft and loss.
Keys are stored in a way that system
compromise is easily detected and halted,
limiting impact to insurance.
