Last Thursday, I attended the 5th Asian Conference on Information System at Krabi, Thailand. I presented the service architecture which title was "THE ARCHITECTURE OF PRODUCT
PLATFORM IN SERVICE ECO-SYSTEM: CASE STUDIES IN HEALTH DEVICES IN MOBILE PLATFORM".
I proposed service architecture from the viewpoint of Service Dominant Logic.

☆Viewpoints in Product Platform(Jiao, 2007)
the collection of assets that are
shared by a set of products.
(Robertson and Ulrich, 1998)
a set of subsystems and
interfaces developed to form a
common structure

9. For reference
〜Service System〜
10/28/2014
self-contained, self-adjusting system of
mostly loosely coupled social and economic
(resource-integrating)
actors connected by shared institutional logics and
mutual value creation through service exchange
(Vargo and Lusch,2011)
10. Aims of Research
10/28/2014
1. the roles of “Products / Product Platform”
in Service System.
2. The function; “Resources Liquefaction”
& “Resources Bundle”
We explain the “Architecture of Service System”
from the viewpoint of following term;
11. Methodology 〜Case Studies〜
10/28/2014
☆Intended Cases
medical devices using smartphones
1. Medical services : complicated with many concerned
stakeholders.
2. Smartphones : useful devices for value-in-use, to
understand context among stakeholders who use
smartphones.
☆Reason
• “Medical Products” having economical & social
relation to stakeholders
• Companies having “Product platform or Products ”
based on ICT
