and Non-Attachment.

9. Heed Mindfully Words of Wisdom
from The Buddha.
Hold strongly to Your
Moral Precepts.

10. Investigate the Dhamma with
Mindfulness and Diligence.
Incline towards the True
Dhamma Teachings.

11. Judge Not other people
lest you be judged.
Journey constantly into your mind
by Meditation.

12. Keep trying no matter how hard it
may seem … you WILL Succeed.
Know the Dhamma well and make
it be known.

13. Love yourself, your family,
friends, enemies and all beings.
Learn the Dhamma, reflect on it
and put it into practice.

14. Make positive aspirations and
work towards realizing them.
Maintain all your good deeds
of mind, speech and body.

15. Never kill, steal, lie, commit sexual
misconduct and take intoxicants.
Nourish and nurture your spiritual
friendship.

16. Open the door of your heart with
metta and compassion.
Observe and watch your mind
mindfully and constantly.

17. Practice diligently Dana (Charity),
Sila (Morality) & Bhavana (Mind
Development).
Place good attention to what you
think, speak and do.

18. Quest ardently for the Sublime
Truth of the Dhamma.
Question with courage to clear all
your doubts.

19. Read, study and reflect mindfully and
wisely on the Buddha’s Discourses.
Remember to be respectful and show
gratitude for all your blessings and to
all those who have helped you.

20. Stop your procrastination and all
your bad habits.
SEE the Truth of Impermanence,
Suffering and Non-Self.

21. Take control of your destiny;
your life is not fated.
Train the mind to do good, shun
evil, cast out the taints.

22. Understand clearly “You Reap
What You Sow”.
Uphold a life of righteousness
and heedfulness.

23. Value the goodness and wisdom
found in the Buddha’s Teachings.
Volunteer your services at Dhamma
Centers or Charity homes.

24. Welcome more and more good

senses, they lead to Dukkha.
