4. While reading, writing, and arithmetic were
enough to make someone literate in the early
1900s, in today's digital world, information and
media literacy – critical, problem-based thinking,
teamwork, and technological awareness – is
required.
A student must have digital age skills to be
educated and successful, as well as to prosper in
the digital economy. As a result, it is critical for a
school and educational system to teach these
abilities in addition to conveying high-quality
knowledge and a proper value system.

What skills do you need to succeed in the 21st century?
5. "Those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn will be
the illiterates of the twenty-first century, not those who
cannot read and write." Toffler, Alvin
When it comes to information, the amount of data
stored in one's head and how it got there are no longer
significant; what counts is what you do with it. This
means that students must be able to analyze, access,
manage, integrate, evaluate, and produce knowledge
in various media in order to be successful. This is
known as information and media literacy.
1. Computer literacy
Swipe ➡️
6. Communication is the foundation of every effective collaboration, but it
must be bi-directional and provide adequate feedback. The forms,
methods, and ways of communication are becoming increasingly
numerous in this era of communication, which is called that for a
reason.
As a result, it is critical that the possibilities for expressing and creating
the material that will be communicated in these communication
processes keep pace with the advancement of the means and be
enriched in equal proportion.
And this is entirely dependent on the adoption of the necessary
knowledge and skills for expressing, writing, speaking, designing, and
transmitting the appropriate message.
2. Communication
Swipe ➡️
7. Unlike during the birth of capitalism, when individuality played a
central role in societal progress and individual accomplishment,
collaboration now holds the leading position in modern society.
The guiding philosophy is that people can only achieve great
outcomes by working together, exchanging ideas and expertise,
and combining their strengths.
This is why, especially during the final years of primary school and
throughout secondary school, which intensively prepares them for
the adult world, it is critical to develop children's skills of
cooperation, communication, healthy exchange of opinions, correct
conflict resolution, and compromising.
3. Cooperation
Swipe ➡️
8. A good dosage of creativity is required for creation, which is the highest
level of learning, in addition to acquiring other levels of knowledge. To
create anything new, creativity entails uncovering new connections,
relationships, and opportunities for combining already familiar elements.
We must nurture and value children's creativity in order to help them
succeed. This includes diverse ways of thinking and looking at the world,
as well as creative approaches to challenges and activities.
We should not strive to make them "fit the mold" or instill the same
behavioral habits in them. The importance of the school's involvement in
this environment cannot be overstated.
4.Creativity
Swipe ➡️
9. Before anything else, invention entails originality, good
ideas, and a will to create.
This means that students should not only have a strong
imagination and critical thinking skills, but they should also
be able to examine the circumstances in which the concept
arose and the prospects for its realization, as well as the
ability to modify to the best of their abilities.
5. Intellectual capital - creative thinking
Swipe ➡️
10. The most difficult of all intellectual functions is problem-based
reasoning. It begins with the concept that knowledge must be
"put to work," or applied to specific tasks, situations, or
challenges, rather than simply being learned for the sake of
achieving excellent grades.
This, in turn, necessitates the integration of knowledge from
several disciplines in order to discover a solution.
This is why teachers must instil these types of knowledge
adoption models in their students; teach them that what matters
is not what grade they will receive, but how and where they can
apply what they have learned: what they can make with it.
6. Problem-solving and problem-based thinking
Swipe ➡️
11. Education is never, and should never be, a stand-alone activity; it
is always linked to upbringing. One of the most essential
responsibilities of schools is to "shape" fine, well-behaved young
people who will be able to build a proper value system and grow
into people of integrity.
A good value system and ethical behavior have become more
crucial than ever in our complex technology-driven and
networking-based society.
It is critical to establish excellent values in pupils so that they can
use all of the tools and technologies available to them while also
understanding the responsibility that comes with them.
7. Responsibility and value system
Swipe ➡️
12. According to studies, good exam scores have no bearing on
future production. Although schools do not place a high value on
productivity, it is inextricably linked to good grades,
achievement, and growth.
Students must know how to exploit the possibilities and
advantages of the digital tools and technologies at their disposal,
as well as how to correctly prioritize, plan, and assimilate new
knowledge, in order to achieve the level of quality demanded by
the modern age.
8. Productivity, quality, and top results
