This document discusses finding one's purpose and living according to God's plan. It asserts that God created each person with an individual purpose and gifts to fulfill. To discover this, one should pray and read the Bible to understand what God wants them to do. Living according to God's purpose brings fulfillment and joy. On judgment day, God will not ask how much wealth or success one had, but whether they used the gifts He gave them to serve others as He intended. The document encourages finding and pursuing one's God-given purpose without comparing to others or wasting the talents one has been given.

The Bible is very clear as to what our purpose in this life should be. Men in both the Old and New Testaments sought for and discovered life’s purpose. Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, according to scripture, discovered the futility of life when it is lived only for this world. He gives these concluding remarks in the book of Ecclesiastes: 13 “Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil”. - Ecclesiastes 12:13-14.
This is a collection of writings that deal with the issue of pleasing the Holy Spirit by the life we live. We can grieve Him or please Him, and the choice has eternal consequences. His pleasure is the key to our eternal pleasure. Good works in blessing others is a pleasure to the Holy Spirit.
“For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.” (Romans 8:14)
Exactly how are we be led by the Holy Spirit?
Exactly how does the Holy Spirit communicate to all of us in this life?
If the Bible calls the Holy Spirit our Guide and Teacher in this life, then this means He will attempt to communicate to all of us from time to time.
Otherwise we will never be able to pick up from Him exactly what He is trying to teach us or tell us to do.
The very first thing we need to know if we want to learn how to be led by the Holy Spirit is that
We can develop a direct personal relationship with Him
Just like you already have with God and Jesus.
Here are two key verses from the apostle Paul telling us that we are allowed to have direct communication and direct fellowship with the Holy Spirit Himself:
“The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all.” (2 Corinthians 13:14)
“Therefore if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit …” (Phillippians 2:1)

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
The Book of Joshua is the sixth book in the Hebrew Bible and the Old Testament, and is the first book of the Deuteronomistic history, the story of Israel from the conquest of Canaan to the Babylonian exile.
1. THAT I MAY KNOW HIM. ‘HIS PURPOSE, OATH AND COVENANT’
We were created by God to live life with meaning and Purpose. We were not created just to make a living.
There are 5 basic questions in the human heart and they are:
WHO AM I? (OUR REAL IDENTITY)
WHERE AM I FROM? (OUR ORIGIN)
WHY AM I HERE? (OUR PURPOSE)
WHAT CAN I DO? (OUR POTENTIALS)?
WHERE AM I GOING? (OUR FINALDESTINATION)
WHAT IS PURPOSE? Purpose is the reason for our living, it is the plan which God has for our lives; who
He created us to be and what He created us to do.
The big question is, have we found out/ discovered our purpose in life? Have we discovered why God
created us and placed us here on earth?
There is something for us to start that is ordained for us to finish.
Purpose not wealth is our greatest asset.
Run to find out your purpose then concentrate on fulfilling it. God placed us here on earth to make a
deposit. There is something God has put in us to leave for our generation and the next, whatever that is
does not belong to us.
Have you ever asked God; “Why did you create me? Why did you placed me here on earth? Lord, what do
you want me to do for you? Sincerely, have we really thought about all these questions within ourselves?
We will never be what we ought to be until we are doing what we ought to do.
When you are running with your purpose it gives you real fulfillment, Joy, satisfaction and the passion
and love will be there.
There is something inside of you that God has put which is to bless the whole world; and it is giving you
sleepless nights, it makes you uneasy because it wants to burst out and bless the world. By the time you
respond and pay attention to your purpose, the real you that God had intended from the beginning begins
to manifest because when God created you, when He formed you there was a you in His mind.
If you want to experience real fulfilment start responding to your purpose.
On the last day when we stand before Him face to face, He won’t ask us how much we had in our account,
where we worked while on earth (Bank, Oil Company, even if you worked in a church etc); But “What
did you do with the gift I placed in you? “I sent you into the world for a reason and purpose, did you do
what I sent you to do?
What will your response/answer be?
In Mark 16: 15; Jesus commanded us to “Go ye into allthe world, and preach the gospel to every creature)
2. There are different ways of preaching the gospel; Through writing of tracts, books, through acting
(Drama), etc. Have you found out yours?
You might be asking; How do I discover my Purpose; how do I discover what I am to do or who really am
I? The only way to know is to go to the one who created and formed you and that is GOD.
Go to God in prayer and ask or inquire from Him what He wants you to do for Him, another way is
through the Written word of God (THE BIBLE).
If He could reveal it to Jeremiah why won’t He reveal it to you. Jer 1: 5 (Before I formed thee in the belly I
knew thee; and before thoucamest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet
unto the nations).
Another thing is; even after He has revealed it to you, will you obey and do what He said you should do?
Remember, time is very short and each passing day we are all approaching the grave, the earlier the better.
Don’t die with that talent, gift and seed God has placed/ deposited in you; remember, it is not for you but
for the world to benefit from.
I want to pour out all what God has deposited in me to the world, make an impact with my gift, touch
lives and finally; I want to die empty.
My desire/heart cry is that by the time He calls me home; Just like The Apostle Paul said in 2 Timothy 4: 7
& 8
7 I have fought a goodfight,I have finishedmy course, I have kept the faith:
8 Henceforth there is laid up forme a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall giveme at
that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that lovehis appearing.
This is my prayer and also for you reading this message.
Stop trying to be like others, stop pursuing/running and fulfilling another person purpose. Seek your
purpose, pursue it, run it and fulfill it. His grace sufficient for you as you fulfill His purpose for your life.
Let us hunger and thirst to be the person He created us to be (His original intent). You are unique, special
and important to God.
“And we know that all things worktogether for good to them that love God, to them who are the called
according to his purpose”. Romans 8:28
Remember, you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Ps 139 : 14).
Reman blessed.
