What
is
the
color
made
of?
The
powdered
paint
is
non-­‐toxic
and
made
mainly
with
corn
starch.
It’s
100%
safe
and
biodegradable.
We
want
you
to
keep
it
out
of
your
eyes,
mouths,
and
lungs,
so
that’s
why
we
offer
bandanas.
People
like
to
wear
sunglasses
to
also
keep
your
eyes
more
protected.
Can
I
take
pictures?
A
photographer
will
be
at
the
event,
but
if
you
would
like
to
take
your
own
pictures,
feel
free!
It
might
be
smart
to
keep
your
camera
or
phone
in
a
plastic
bag
to
keep
the
color
dust
off.
Are
kids
allowed?
Kids
7
and
under
are
free,
but
will
not
receive
a
shirt.
All
kids
must
have
a
release
waiver
signed
by
a
parent/guardian
and
turned
in
before
they
are
allowed
to
participate.
The
waiver
can
be
obtained
and
signed
at
the
event.
Can
I
wear
costumes?
It’s
Thanksgiving,
why
not.
Get
creative
with
your
costumes,
there
will
be
a
contest
and
winners
will
receive
“Best
Seats
in
the
House”
to
one
of
our
Schreiner
Basketball
teams

the
race
begin?
The
race
begins
at
10AM.

which

miles
long.

I
Walk?
Walking
is
totally
acceptable!
We
want
everyone
to
experience
the
thrill
of
the
Gobble
Wobble
Color
Run/Walk.
The
race
is
competitive
and
non-­‐competitive,
so
you
won’t
feel
pressure.
Although,
if
you
want
to
push
yourself,
awards
will
be
given
out
to
1st
,
2nd
,
and
3rd
place
finishers
from
both
male
and
female
runners.
How
do
I
volunteer?
We
always
need
volunteers!
Volunteers
typically
throw
color
on
the
participants,
help
with
registration,
clean
up,
and
overall
operations.

Everyone

years

or

they

submit
cans
of
food

register
as
well.
Strollers
and
wheelchairs
are
welcome!
Please
remember
to
protect
your
young
ones
with
sunglasses,
and
for
toddlers
and
infants,
something
that
covers
their
mouth.
Will

timed?
This
is
both
competitive
and
non-­‐competitive,

you

should
I
wear?
You
can
wear
whatever
you
want,
but
wearing
all
white
looks
great
when
you’re
covered
in
paint!
DON’T
FORGET
THE
COSTUME
CONTEST!
Will
the
color
stain
my
clothes,
shoes,
or
makeup?
If
you
want
a
lot
of
color
to
hit
your
shirt,
plan
to
run
or
walk
closer
to
the
color
throwers.
The
paint
throwers
will
be
stationed
every
¼
mile
around
the
campus
loop.
Tip:
If
you
love
the
final
color
of
your
shirt,
you
can
also
preserve
it
by
spraying
it
with
vinegar
and
then
ironing
it
before
you
wash
it.
We
suggest
wearing
clothes
and
shoes
that
you
don’t
mind
getting
color
on.
Will
the
color
get
in
my
car?
Bring
a
towel
or
some
plastic
bags
along,
and
you’ll
be
just
fine.
However,
if
you
do
get
some
in
your
vehicle,
it
can
be
dusted
away
or
vacuumed
easily.
