Thanksgiving Day
Parade is one of the
largest parades in the
United States. It
happens every year on
Thanksgiving Day in
New York City. This
parade is famous for it’s
giant balloon figures.

13. On Thanksgiving Day there are always a
couple of very important football games.
These games are similar to when Barcelona
plays against Madrid, everyone watches.

14. Black Friday is the day after Thanksgiving
Day. Black Friday is a newer tradition which
marks the beginning of the Christmas
shopping season.
On Black Friday the
stores and shops open very
early and they have
discounts, deals, and low
prices that only happen for
one day. Many people stay
awake all night waiting for
the stores to open.

16. Last year my sister Jamie cut down the
Christmas Tree.

17. After we go Christmas Tree hunting
we put the tree in our house.
This year the Christmas Tree fell over!

18. Once the Christmas Tree is in our
house….
we decorate it with
lights, tinsel, baubles, ornaments, ribbon, and a
star or angel on top.
