The Texas STaR Chart is a tool used by Texas schools to annually assess their progress in integrating technology across four key areas: Teaching and Learning, Educator Preparation and Development, Leadership/Administration/Instructional Support, and Infrastructure for Technology. Schools are classified based on their total score across these areas as being in the Early Tech, Developing Tech, Advanced Tech, or Target Tech classification.
