My Dad was saying that when his head was with my mom’s
head as I was born. And he saw my shoulder. And he just went
pale. He was hoping that my Mom didn’t see me because he
saw that I had no right arm. My dad had to leave the room and
he could not believe what he saw, and doctor came in. My dad
said that my son, he has no right arm. And doctor said: No, your
son has no arms or legs. And he said that immediately he fell on
the floor; he couldn’t believe it. And the whole church was
mourning; you know. Like why would GOD let the pastor’s son
to be born that way and my mom at first, she didn’t want to
hold me and breast fed me all that, she just felt very
uncomfortable for the first four months. And it took them quite
a while before they could trust in God that HE didn’t make a
mistake and he didn’t forget them or me.
I challenged God. I said: God, I know that I am a sinner, I know
that probably I won’t have peace until you are in my heart, but I
will not let you in my heart until you answer me “why”. Why
did you take my arms and legs, why didn’t you give me what
everybody else has. And I said ” God, until you answer that
question, I will not serve you.”

2. So I want to end it. If God is not going to end my pain, I was
going to end it myself. So at the age of 8, I tried to drown
myself in a bathtub about 4 inches of water. I told my mom and
dad that I just wanted to relax in the bathtub, can you put me
in the bathtub? And Yeah I turned over couple of times to see if
I could do it. I couldn’t do it. The thought that stopped me from
going through with it was the love from my parents. Because I
love them so much and all they did was to love me. And I
thought to myself if I actually went through with this, I pictured
my funeral, I pictured my parents, and the answer was guilt on
their shoulder that they couldn’t have done more.
One day, Nick’s mother asked him to read an article of a
severely disabled man. That story made a huge impact on Nick.
I have a choice that I will be angry at God for what I don’t have
or be thankful of what I do have. And my mom said: Nick, God
is going to use you, but I don’t know how, and I don’t know
when and God is going to use you. And those seeds started to
penetrate in my heart.

3. That’s where I started to see that there is no point of being
complete from outside when you were broken from inside. And
I found out that God can heal you without changing the
circumstance.
I gave my life to Jesus Christ when I read John 9 at age 15.
When a man was coming through a village, and a man was blind
from birth, Jesus saw him and people said that why was this
man was born that way. Jesus said that it was done so the work
of God may be reviled through him. And Timothy 2 3:16 “All
the scripture is God’s breathe”. And I believed that God
breathed in me alive and faith. And this faith came over me,
this peace came over me, and I felt that God answered my
question.
What was the question and what was the answer?
The question was “why”, why did you make thing this way?
and the answer was: Do you trust me?
When you say YES to that question, nothing else matters.

4. But what make you to say that “LORD, I am going to trust you
even if I do not know what you will have in store for me
tomorrow?”
Because that there is nothing else that I can find.
I needed to know the truth that who I am, why I am here, and
where I am going when I am not here.
I cannot find any peace anywhere else but in Jesus Christ.
In life, if you do not know the truth, then you could not be free.
The truth is that God lives in me and now I live in his strength.
Whatever Jesus conquered, I conquered.
I believed if God did not give you a miracle, you are a miracle of
God for somebody else’s salvation.
God was using me all around the world, we see so far, 200,000
people accept Jesus as savior within three million people over
24 countries that I visited for the past 7 years.

5. God loves you. When you feel suffering, the hope is Jesus Christ,
is the name of God. The hope is when you can pay your
suffering to the infinite immeasurable love and grace of God.
Izeah 40 1:31 As eagle.
I didn’t need the circumstance changed. I don’t need arms or
legs. I need the wind of Holy spirit. I am flying because I know
that Jesus is holding me up.

他親眼所見的。當醫生出來的時候，我的父親對醫生說：
『我兒子，他沒有右手！』醫生回答說：『不是的，他沒有
雙手與雙腳。』我父親說他當時他癱在地上；他簡無法相信。
而整個教會也為此事哀傷；為什麼神讓牧師的兒子如此的出
生？而我母親在我出生後的前四個月裡，由於她覺得非常的
不適應；以至她無法抱我與以母乳喂養我。我父母他們則花

6. 了相當長的一段時間來確認神沒有弄錯，而祂也沒有忘記了
我和他們」
我開始挑戰神。我說：「神啊，我知道我是一個罪人。我也
知道直到祢住進我的心中，我心中不可能會有平安。但我不
會讓你進來直到你回答我“為什麼”；為什麼把我的手和腳拿
去？為什麼不給我那個其他人都有的呢？」然後我對神說：
「神啊，我不服侍你，直到那一天祢回答了我的問題為止。」
我曾經要結束它(生命)。如果神不終止我的痛苦，我將自己
來做。於是在我 8 歲的時候，在一個有四呎水的浴缸裡，
我曾試圖淹死我自己。我告訴我的父母說：「我只是想在浴
缸裡放鬆的休息一下，能不能放我進浴缸呢？」。然後呢，
雖然我翻轉了幾次嘗試著去做，我做不下去。有一個念頭阻
止了我；那是來至我父母對我的愛。因為我愛他們至深，而
他們則是全心全意的愛我。因為我想到如果我真做了，我想
到我的葬禮，想到我的父母，以及他們的肩膀上一生將背負
的內疚；雖然他們已經竭盡了他們的所能。

7. 有一天 Nick 的母親要他讀一篇有關一個極度殘障人士的文
章。那個故事給了 Nick 很大的衝擊：﹝訪談者說到﹞
我是有選擇的；我可以因著我所沒有的而對神生氣，或者為
著我所擁有的來感謝(神)。而我的母親也告訴我說：「Nick，
神將會使用你，雖然我不知道祂將如何(使用你)，也不知道
在何時？但是我知道祂將會用你。」這些種子開始在我心裡
發芽。
我開始看見：
當內心是殘破不堪的時候，外在的完整是毫無意義的。而神
能夠在不改變現處環境的狀況下來治癒你。
我在 15 歲，當我讀到約翰福音第 9 章的時候，我將我的生
命獻給主耶穌基督。
9:1 耶穌過去的時候、看見一個人生來是瞎眼的。

8. 9:2 門徒問耶穌說、拉比、這人生來是瞎眼的、是誰犯了罪、
是這人呢？是他父母呢？
9:3 耶穌回答說、也不是這人犯了罪、也不是他父母犯了
罪、是要在他身上顯出 神的作為來。
以及提摩太後書 3:16 “聖經都是神的氣息”。
我相信神的氣息進入了我裡面，使我活了並且給了我信心。
這個信心臨到了我，平安也臨到了我，我也感到神回答了我
的問題。
問題是什麼？而答案又是什麼呢？﹝訪談者問到﹞
問題是“為什麼”，你為什麼讓事情這樣發生？
而答案是：“你相信我嗎？＂

9. 當你的答案是“是的，我相信你＂的時候，其他的事都無關
緊要了！
但是，是什麼讓你能如此的說：「主啊，雖然不知明日將如
何，我依然信靠祢呢？」
因為我找不到別的東西（能給我平安）。
我需要知道以下的事實：
我是誰，我存在的意義以及我將往何處去？
除了在耶穌基督裡，我無法在別處找到任何平安。
在生命當中，如果你不知道這個事實，你將無法獲得那真正
的自由。
這事實是：

10. 神在我裡面活著而我則是活在祂的大能當中。
耶穌基督所能征服的，我也能征服。
我相信，如果神沒有給你一個奇蹟，你本身就是一個神為著
他人的得到救贖所準備的奇蹟。
神在世界各地使用我，我們在七年內於二十四個國家三百萬
的接觸朋友當中，有二十萬人接受主耶穌成為他們的救主。
神愛你。當你痛苦絕望的時候，耶穌基督就是希望。耶穌基
督就是神。這希望就是：
你可以用神那廣大無邊，無可測度的愛與恩典來支付你所受
的痛苦。
以賽亞書 40:31
“但那等候耶和華的、必從新得力、他們必如鷹展翅上騰、
他們奔跑卻不困倦、行走卻不疲乏。“

11. 我不需要環境的改變，我不需要手和腳；我所需要的是如風
般聖靈，而我正在如鷹般的飛翔因為我知道主耶穌正在將我
托起！
