1. October 20, 2016 SPIRITUAL MOTIVATION FOR EDIFICATION: GROWING PAINS[ ]

1 | I stand a 27 year old man. I am now finding it more interesting to follow the things that a
man should do. Those things that are right. Those things that are right for you & for me. But,
most assuredly, those things in which are right to a God that lives above me.
2 | How is it that I could come to a God who is perfect? I do not seek for answers; as having
love & affection & giving care to that said God will allow me to accomplish what He believes is
right. I should find it as a man that what is right to Him is what will take over my choice.
3 | Because….I am man & I was made, & I was made in His image; & I possess the ability
fundamentally in my make up to determine between what is good & what is not good.
Therefore fundamentally I am not lost. I have merely been estranged. Affected by something
else.
4 | I am a man. I was created in His image. Therefore I can determine what is good & what is
bad because as a man they both have come before me. Before I was born there was the debate
between men & between angels. The war. So have I merely become too used to what is in front
of me & the choices that I make. Which way will I take?
5 | What are we focusing on besides ourselves & our own salvation? Not survival but why are
we not truly focusing on what is needed. I stand for sure speaking for every man, woman &
child that there is a God in heaven. He is watching as we speak. He is with me. His presence is
with me.
6 | As I understand that He is good to me. For me as a man. I know that this is true. I am sure
that everyone of us need Him. There is nothing else that the universe could provide that it has
already. For even the universe has been created. Has been put together. What I know for sure as
a man is that I know this God & He is not His subjects nor His objects nor does He subjugate

Himself to them. For He has a place. He is that place for me, but, I am no God. He is…He is a
God who calls me son. He is a God who calls my mother, daughter.
7 | This is something I know as a man; because I stand as a man before women & children who
are led by their men. They are their helpers. For it is in this order that He has placed us; but we
are men. We are only men. We are only as good as those around us. I have no real choice until
I am of age & have become a man. But have I, while under the care of my mother & under the
responsibility of my father been led goodly to the point that I can truly be good before men &
God?
