The Terrésens group is a major Alpine property operator, and we provide A to Z support to assist you with every

We select premium locations throughout the Alps for their recognised added real estate value (views, peaceful locations,
proximity to ski slopes, shops and restaurants etc.)
We monitor our developments to ensure the highest quality and standing.
For apartments with a surface area greater than 90 sqm., buyers may opt to re-design the interior layout to suit them.
The decoration is carefully designed to create a ‘re-visited mountain’ ambiance while also incorporating the latest trends,
so as to give each apartment complex a unique identity.
We listen carefully to our clients needs and requirements throughout the various department within Terrésens :
management, facilities, apartment layout and rental solutions.
hPremium locations are selected and then agreed by our development department. An analysis of the plot rental income
potential is then conducted.
