Tension pneumothorax presents with distended neck veins, hypotension, and diminished breath sounds on the affected side. Tracheal deviation occurs toward the contralateral side, accompanied by chest pain and dyspnea, which is the most common symptom. These clinical signs indicate a potentially life-threatening condition requiring immediate intervention.
