Actividad Integradora: Tell me him/her
A story of the great-grandfather.
I will tell them an anecdote of a personage who was born and lived many years ago,
my paternal great-grandfather.
My great-grandfather was a soldier with a degree of Colonel and liked to have us sit
on the floor, around him, to tell us anecdotes about his life and his battles.
He told of one day that was fighting in the State of Sonora against rebels of the tribe
Yaqui, who, according to it, were big warriors who were inspiring very much fear.
It told us that in some occasion who was camping together with its troop, already at
night, they were preparing to sleep, leaving the due alertness, when they began
listening to the small drum of war that the Yaquis were using and immediately they
were prepared to the combat with everything and fear, nevertheless, after a some
time, they noticed that was only the prank of a few children Yaqui who were carrying
a small drum and who, with shrubs branches, provoked a cloud of dust so that they
believed that it was a question of an attack in form. It was telling that they were not
stopping laughing with certain nervousness, for the occurrence of the indigenous
children.
It told that on the following day the whole troop moved back.
