This event was a culmination of six months of listening to your feedback and crafting solutions to better support your PMI journey. I developed the business plans for over 45 PPPs and the branding for over 108 initiaves and SPVs. My most notable works include: 1. DELTA ENERGY GENERATION COMPANY
- 2. Page2 Development of the Business Plans for Delta Energy Generation Company's (DELGENCO) 3 Power Plants in Olomoro, Okpai and Ovade, Delta State. The project was envisioned to create 3 Gas Fired Turbine Power Plants generating up to 165MW each. The project was envisioned to provide the required power for the industrialization of Delta State with contributions to the national grid which would reduce the demand deficit greatly; 2. DELTA ALUMINUM CITY Development of the business plan for Delta Aluminium City, a planned industrial district dedicated to the Aluminium industry. The shoreline of Delta State and the presence of new power plants was key to the decision for this industrial district. 3. CROSS DELTA RAILWAY NETWORK I was responsible for the design of the Delta State Railway Network, the most extensive railway system in Africa, I also developed the business plan for the project as well as critical community liaison and development plans to ensure that the project was not disrupted. The proposed railway system connected delta states commercial centers to proposed industrial hubs and cities connecting the national railway line at Aladja, Delta State. 4. NIGER DELTA REFINERIES PROJECT I was responsible for the development of the business plan for the most extensive petroleum industry project in West Africa consisting 22 Skid Mounted Modular Refineries refining up to 22,000Bpd of crude oil. These refineries were strategically located close to stranded oil fields, to reduce the burden of feed stock supply while boosting local production & local participation and reducing illegal refining operations in the Niger Delta.
