American serial killer and rapistTed
Bundy was one of the most notorious
criminals of the late 20th century, he was
found guilty of murdered 36 women in
1970 and was sentenced to death
penalty and life imprisonment twice. He
may have killed a hundred women at
least, and 20 of his recognized victims
were decapitated.
3. EARLY LIFE
Theodore Robert
Cowell was born in
Vermont
(Burlington) in
November 24th of
1946.
STUDIES
Bundy graduated from
the University of
Washington with a
degree in psychology
in 1972. He had been
accepted to law school
in Utah, but he never
graduated.
RELATIONSHIPS
In 1969, Bundy began a
six-year relationship
with Elizabeth
Kloepfer, whom he met
in a Seattle bar. She
was a single mom of a
young daughter and
struggled with
alcoholism.

Bundy moved to
Utah to attend law
school, and women
began disappearing
there as well
1974
Bundy was arrested
in the kidnapping of
Carol DaRonch, one
of the few women to
escape his clutches.
1975
• Bundy escaped
from prison twice
in The first time,
he was accused
with murder
charges for the
death of a young
Colorado woman.
• Months later he
escaped from
custody again.
1977
He climbed out of a hole he
made in the ceiling of his
cell, he lost more than 13 kg
to fit . Authorities did not
discover that Bundy was
missing for 15 hours.
While he was missing he
attacked four of the young
female residents in a sorority
house, killing two of them.
Then Bundy kidnapped and
murdered a 12-year-old girl
named Kimberly Leach.

used to asked for help to his previous selected
victims to lift something up and carry it to his car.
He first tried to make his victims unconscious by
hitting them in the head with a crowbar.
Then he abused them physically and sexually, even
after the victim were dead.
He used to decapitate them and leave the rest of
the victims into the forest.

despite being
sentenced to
death,Ted
Bundy's
execution would
take years to
arrive.
Bundy tried to
delay as much as
possible the date
of his execution,
confessing
multiple murders
and offering clues
about the
location of the
victims and
pretending to
collaborate with
the police to get
extensions of his
sentence.
Students and
reporters used
to arrange
interviews, and
visited him at
the death row.
Ted gave him
advice and
valuable
information
about a serial
killer's behavior.
During the same
trialTed Bundy
married Carole
Ann Boone in
the courtroom,
she was one of
the many fans
who believed in
her innocence
and would end
up having a
daughter.
During this time,
he was charged
and for the
death of little
Kimberly Leach,
who was given a
second death
sentence.
He died in
January 24 of
1989 at the age
of 42 in Florida
State Prison
sentenced to
execution by
electrocution.
