Four high school students are presenting a technological project to solve the problem of not being able to see in the mirror after a hot shower. Their idea is to create a device with a small mirror, cloth, stick, and elastic piece to absorb humidity. They developed the idea over five days by meeting at one student's home for two hours each day, taking photos of their progress.
Database Marketing Initiative for Lululemon AthleticaRahul Borthakur
A database marketing initiative for Lululemon Athletica that could be implemented to increase customer retention and profitability.
Project included in-depth study of Situation and Target Market Analysis for Lululemon Athletica. Development of Objectives and Strategy of the Retention Program, Tactical and Database Requirements, Lifetime Value (LTV) Estimates, Capital Requirements and Measurement process.

The main objective of this project was to design and verify different operations of Arithmetic and Logical Unit (ALU). To implement ALU, the coding was written in VHDL (VHSIC Hardware Description Language) and verified in ModelSim. The device was configured and using FPGA (Field-programmable gate array) verification, debugging was done.

Smart Sensors Module : Gives knowledge about smart sensors and the PVDF films through activities, experiments and projects which depend on smart sensors.
the product Idea is : The smart blind glasses have an infrared sensor , it will be used by blind people which will allow them to walk freely like any other normal person, or let’s say that they are going to walk like they actually can see.
Join the makers movement as it pertains to education. Innovation, invention, and ingenuity needs to be cultivated early for students to reach their full potential, and making is a great way to bring real-world application and problem-solving into the classroom.
Lupercales Project: Lighting Up Urban Tactics - IALD Enlighten Europe 2014 Pr...Alberto Barberá
We want to talk and discuss about our nightly urban environment, about the way we create and perceive the nocturnal image of our cities, about the lighting of our streets. The availability of new technologies for lighting does not seem to be altering significantly the methodology applied for this purpose, our concepts about, for example, “quality” of lighting, ergonomy, eficiency, safety… All of these terms should be strongly revised, in our opinion, and the need to renew the obsolete intalations due to energy eficiency requirements is a good opportunity to do so.
We choose experimentation as a tool to develop our proposals, focused in the lighting design of public places, of spaces where there is a chance for social interchange, between people and between people and their environment, their lightscape. We want to arrange conditions for things to happen, for changes to come in this perception/communication of/with space.
We believe in education as a form of producing and distributing culture for a social change, a form of activism and community building. During one of our workshops, many topics appear that we like to apply in practice: DIY, autonomy, the nightscape of our urban environment as part of a visual indentity and heritage, the special care that historic sites, public places and old city centres require in terms of a lighting project… and there is always a concept that flows through everything we do and debate: enablement of citizenship, as a way to favour the commitment of the community in the evolution and planning of their landscape, their habitat. And to develop a personal criteria towards the policies of urban planning, in general.

2. PRESENTATION
Good morning to everybody!!!
We are four high school students doing a
technological project.
The members are: Jordi, Mònica, Emma, Laura.
3. TECHNOLOGICAL
PROCESSES: Need
• Need: is the first stage of the process. The need is a
to analyse the need or problem and the possible
constraints.
• Our need is: “could you look in the mirror after a hot
shower”
4. TECHNOLOGICAL
PROCESSES: Idea
Idea: is the second stage of the processes. The idea
is to choose the best solutions.
Our idea is: “Take a small mirror, a small piece of a
thin cloth, a stick and a piece of elastic object.
5. TECHNOLOGICAL
PROCESSES: Developing the
idea
• Developing the idea is the third stage of the
processes. Develop the idea consist of choosing the
necessary tools, materials. We have to prepare a
budget.
6. BACKGROUND
On the internet we found a solution for this problem. It
consists of a "radiator" behind the mirror and
absorbs humidity.
7. Where, what and how we
did it?
• We met at Monica's
home. We spent 5 days
and 2 hours every day.
While we did the job we
took photos. These are:
