Technology
1. What have you learnt about
technologies from the
process of constructing this product?
2. Mac – computers
From using the Mac desktop I have learnt how to use different software's which
are only limited to Apple and in particular IMovie, an editing package, which I
used to edit my preliminary and final task. And garage-band and by using the
Macs it gave me the chance to try final cut pro and other software's alike.

3. Camera & equipment
The cameras that I used and tried varied between a Canon dslr and a Panasonic
handy cam. It was interesting to see the difference between the two camera’s and
how different they where to use and operate, for example the Canon produced a
higher quality picture compared to the handy cam. The pictured tripod wasn’t the
exact used but is similar, it allowed the camera to slowly be moved from left to right
or right to left, it aided in making the shots steady and reduced any natural shakiness
which may of other wised been experienced. It also allowed each shot to be the same
height and meant there wasn’t any fluctuation in the frame size.
4. YouTube
The ease of access to YouTube allowed me to watch multiple tutorials in order to
piece together my knowledge and understanding of the software on the Mac’s in
particular IMovie. It was also a platform which allowed me to upload content on to,
which I then would embed onto my blog. I also found to find YouTube to be very
helpful in order to gain an audience for your work.
5. Blogger
Blogger has been very useful in order to present my research and planning work
which I have done, it has been very easy to use. It also has multiple features to allow
for different methods of presenting my work to be displayed, for example there is the
usual text heavy post, or a PowerPoint or an online spider diagram.
