1 范围
本规范规定了 QH-2000L 型烘箱的技术要求、安全要求、验收指标及方法和包装、运输及要求。
本技术规范适用于 QH-2000L 型烘箱的采购和验收。
The following specifications outline the technical specifications, safety specifications, acceptance
criteria, packaging and transporting requirements.
The following specifications apply to the purchasing and acceptance of the QH-2000L Drying Oven.

3 技术要求
3.1 总体描述
QH-1.2×H1.4 型烘箱主要用于炭/炭复合材料清洗后的烘干。升温过程采用智能仪表 PID 闭环控制。整台设
备包括炉体系统、加热及控制系统等。
QH-1.2×H1.4 Drying Oven serves the primary purpose of drying carbon-carbon composite material
after they have been cleaned. The heating process uses an intelligent meter PID closed-loop control.
Main components of the Drying Oven include the furnace body system, heating and control system, etc.
3.2 工况条件
具体要求见表 1

相对湿度 可长期在≤90%相对湿度条件下工作和存放,设备应适应湖南省潮湿气候。
工作制度 连续工作制,单次连续运行 16 小时以上。
3.3 炉体系统

炉体系统主要分为炉门、炉壳、炉衬等。炉体喷色,喷涂面漆,整体美观、新颖、简洁。与炉体系统连接的管
件、线路按国家相关标准规范连接,使用色标区分,标识清楚,方便维修。
Main components of the furnace body system include the furnace door, furnace shell, furnace lining,
etc. The furnace body is spray-painted and finished nicely, giving it a pleasing and simple overall
appearance. The connective pipe fittings and circuits are assembled according to national standard
specifications, color-coded and labeled clearly for your convenience.
工作区尺寸:1200mm × 1200mm × 1400mm (长×宽×高)。
3.3.1 炉门
要求长期使用不能发生变形导致无法关闭炉门的现象,且保温性能优良。
3.31 Furnace Door
Long-term usage cannot cause deformation resulting in inability to close the furnace door and the
thermal insulation properties of the device are excellent.
3.3.2 炉壳
外壳材质优质冷板、内胆材质采用 304 不锈钢板;箱体主框架要求结构稳定,要承受 500kg 工件重量,炉
罐及炉底在工作温度下应具有足够的强度和刚度,保证设备的正常运行。长期使用不变形、不开裂、气密性
良好。
3.3.2 Furnace Shell
The outer shell material is made of high-quality cold plates, lined with 304 stainless steel plates. The
main framing of the case is required to be structurally stable and capable of bearing 500kg of work
piece weight. The furnace tank and furnace base have sufficient strength and rigidity under working
temperatures to ensure regular operation. No signs of deformation or cracking occur even after long-
term use, and the air-tightness of the furnace is excellent.
烘箱底部铺设有轨道,工作室内配带轮车架(不锈钢材质)一台,进出取物轻便。 车架分 10 层,车架主
框架要求结构稳定,在 120℃环境下长期工作不变形且载物平台表面要求光洁不可存在尖锐突起导致划
伤工件,总载重 500kg;产品设计为落地式、双开门;
The base of the drying oven is equipped with tracks, and the workroom provides a stainless steel rolling
cart for easy transport of goods. The rolling cart has a stable structure with ten shelves and can operate
for long periods of time under temperatures as high as 120℃ without changing shape. Furthermore, the
smooth surfaces required of the rolling cart ensures that work pieces will not be scraped by sharp
edges. The maximum carrying capacity is 500kg. The rolling cart is of the floor stand type and equipped
with two doors.
3.3.3 炉衬
保温材料采用低导热系数优质保温材料。
3.3.3 Furnace Lining
High-quality insulation felt with low thermal conductivity is selected for thermal insulation of the furnace.
3.4 加热及控制系统
3.4.1 加热及测温元件
该炉采用电阻加热。 工作温度:120℃,主控测温点与监控测温点温度差≤±15℃; 最大升温速率:
≥100℃/h。

为保证炉温的均匀性,电热元件功率密度布置应充分考虑工件的蓄热功率和热平衡时的损失功率,并保
证每区加热体维修、更换方便。
测温元件选用铠装热电偶(工作用二级)。每区测温分别设置一路主控热电偶,工作区范围内设置上、下

A temperature thermocouple (Working Grade 2) is used for temperature measurement. Separate main
control thermocouples are installed for respective thermometer holes (?). Main control thermocouples
are installed on the top and bottom within respective working areas (?).
3.4.2 控制系统
采用数显温控仪,可实现多段式程序自动控温,控温精度土±1℃;操作简便,性能可靠;精选国内外电
气控制元件,使电控部分可靠性达到最优;控制系统配置箱采用外挂式。
A digital display temperature controller is employed, enabling multi-stage automatic temperature
controlling procedures with the precision of ±1℃. This allows for easy operation and reliable
performance. Electrical control elements are carefully selected from both domestic and overseas
[suppliers], allowing for optimum reliability of the electrical control process. The control system is
equipped with an externally mounted tool box (?).
采用超温报警、超温保护双表控制系统,温度异常时能自动切断加热电源,并且发出声光报警;要求采用
加强热风循环,使工作室内气体自然对流,箱内温度相对均匀。
When abnormal temperatures are reached, the over-temperature alarm and over-temperature
protection double-list control system automatically switches off the heating power supply, and a flashing
alarm is sounded. Reinforcement of heated air circulation is required for natural convection of gases in
the workroom, and the temperatures inside the heating oven will be relatively well distributed.

5.2.1 炉体尺寸
用卷尺等工具进行测量,卷尺测量精度不低于 1.0mm。
5.2.2 炉温及控制
炉温验收为带料验收'验收时要求主控热电偶与监控热电偶温差符合 3.4.1 之要求,升温过程每隔 10 分钟
记录一次数据。
5.2.2 Furnace Temperature and Controls
Furnace temperature acceptance is categorized as acceptance with materials (?). Acceptance
specifications require that the temperature difference between the main control thermocouple and
monitoring thermocouple comply with requirements outlined in clause 3.4.1. Data must be recorded
every ten (10) minutes of the heating process.
验收升温制度要求如下:
1. 装炉;
1. Furnace loading
2. 室温~120℃±10℃,1-1.2 小时;(设定 1 小时);
3. 120℃±0℃ ,保温 1-2 小时。
3. 120℃±0℃, Thermal insulation lasts for 1-2 hours.
5.2.3 各种保护、报警装置
各种保护、报警装置在模拟运行状态下进行检测。
6 标志、包装及运输
6.1 产品标识
在设备铭牌上至少应刻写有下列内容:
1. 设备名称;
2. 设备型号;
3. 设备功率;
4. 设备总重;
5. 制造单位名称和地址;
6. 制造日期及编号;
6.2 包装
包装应按重量型设备类商品运输包装的惯例进行妥善包装,要符合防雨、防潮、防破员要求。
6.3 运输
在运输中加以遮盖,严防碰撞及受雨、受潮。
