This document outlines a recycling program in Laos that collects plastic water bottles used by participants in a youth leadership program. The program collects 1,440 bottles per week which are then sorted - 50% are sold for income to support an environmental hub, while the other 50% are made into handicrafts to be sold with profits going to students, schools, and environmental hubs.
