This document outlines the responsibilities and duties of teachers in Argentina. Teachers are expected to: respect technical, administrative, and disciplinary authorities; perform their duties with dignity, efficiency, and loyalty; extend their own cultural and professional development; train students in ethics and social standards without partisan or religious bias; observe proper conduct both inside and outside of work; declare any outside activities or prior employment; comply with rules for organizing and governing teaching; keep their address updated with their school; and maintain secrecy regarding confidential work matters, even after leaving their position.
