Teaching physical education and health (PDHPE) in primary schools aims to improve students' health, reduce stress, improve concentration, and promote correct physical growth and development. Exercise positively influences academic achievement, emotional stability, and interaction with others. PDHPE develops the whole individual through challenging activities and learning experiences that enhance physical, mental, and social capabilities, while also developing social skills like communication and teamwork through group activities focused on personal hygiene, diet, health, and an active lifestyle.
