This technical data sheet provides information on FW780, a nontear woven backed aluminum foil facing. The facing has a 7 μm aluminum foil layer bonded with 40 g/m2 LDPE adhesive to an 80 g/m2 woven cloth backing. Key properties include a basis weight of 137 g/m2, thickness of 0.15 mm, tensile and burst strengths, 97% reflectivity, and temperature resistance from -29°C to 66°C. The product is available in roll widths from 1000mm to 1280mm and lengths from 50m to 2000m. Users are advised to test the product for suitability for their intended application.
