“Do more with less” is what we aim for.
This implies to do better, faster, in one

How we work
TBSCG’s Development Department is
composed of highly skilled and experi-
enced professionals capable of deliver-
ing software solutions in a variety of dif-
ferent technologies. We also constantly
monitor the latest trends and keep our
fingers on the pulse of new technologies
so we can quickly adapt them to suit your
projects. Our development process is ex-
tremely flexible as we use a wide range
of software development methodologies
including agile (i.e. Scrum) and waterfall.
We can consequently tailor our approach
according to your needs.
We pay a great deal of attention to the
quality of our products. Our developers
create all kinds of automated tests that
are then used to check an application’s
behaviour. We have also introduced a
continuous integration process. This
helps us improve the quality of our soft-
ware at every single stage in the develop-
ment process, and generally gives better
results than focusing on quality once the
coding has already been completed.
During the development process we
use several stand-alone environments.
Each process typically uses at least three
environments: development, user ac-
ceptance testing (UAT) and production.
The development environment is used
by our software developers to produce
the code. The UAT contains snapshots
of the application for the client to check
against the functional specifications. The
production environment, meanwhile, is
the live environment where the applica-
tion is up and running and actually be-
ing used by the client. However, if your
product requires different environments,
we can easily adjust the architecture to
suit your specific needs.

MAKEYOURMESSAGEPACK...
...AREALPUNCHWITHTHEHELPOFOURTEAMOFCREATIVES!
Consumer attention is pulled in a hundred different directions every minute of the day. What can you do to ensure your
message actually reaches its target audience? Our team of creatives can help set your firm apart from the rest by delivering
pertinent information to your clients, suppliers and partners… Design, content, user-friendliness, building your presence on
social networking sites… whatever your needs, our experts are ready and waiting to help you develop your brand.
STRATEGY CONTENT DESIGN DELIVERY
Define the strategy…
Defining an appropriate strategy is
the first building block in the process.
The TBSCG team doesn’t simply roll up
armed with ready-made solutions. We
begin by conducting an in-depth audit
(content, design, user-friendliness) in
order to identify the strengths and weak-
nesses of your firm’s existing tools. Our
team of creatives then establishes which
strategy your firm should adopt in or-
der to tackle the problem in-hand. Do
you need a purely web-based solution
(website, social networking sites…)? Or
an off-line solution (printed documents,
promotional material, material for points
of sale…)? There is no predetermined
answer: each project is totally unique
and has its own specific needs.
… then put it into words…
Creating your message is by no
means a cookie-cutter affair: it all de-
pends on the communications tools you
wish to use and the intended target audi-
ence. Websites and social networking
sites employ totally different tones, and
the person using your mobile applica-
tion is looking for different information to
the client who’s flicking through a bro-
chure in a retail outlet. That means the
message simply cannot be the same.
Journalistic magazines, advertising bro-
chures, corporate websites or promo-
tional mini-sites… our copywriters have
a true way with words, tailoring them
to suit the context in question. These
are people whose dreams are filled with
clever copy and catchy slogans.
… and pictures.
Our designers’ dreams, meanwhile,
are peppered with PhotoShop win-
dows that they fill with designs for your
brand new website, mobile application
or printed communications. And they’re
not just designers, but user experience
specialists, too, so what they dream-up is
user-friendly as well as being attractive.
Their end-goal isn’t self-satisfaction, but
rather coming up with a design that will
truly convey your message. What’s more,
they can help you put together your very
own corporate identity to guarantee con-
sistency across all your communications
tools, both on- and off-line. Let them get
their hands on your website, Smart-
phone or tablet application, brochures,
pamphlets, prospectuses and magazines
… and sit back as you watch them work
miracles.

WHY USE VIDEO CONTENT?
`` Do your customers know how your
products or services are being
made? A behind-the-scenes video
will do the trick.
`` You know those case studies that
are available on your website? Well,
wouldn’t they be more attractive in
video format?
`` Want to give your customers some
tips about how to use your product?
Think video!
`` Do you want to show the real faces
behind your company’s success? A
video interview is the perfect tool for
doing just that.
`` Video-based product tours can be
used to describe your company’s
products and services.
`` And a monthly web TV broadcast
is an excellent way of creating a
regular appointment with your
customers.
These are just examples. Let’s have
a chat and discuss how video can
help you engage with your custo-
mers!
Is video just a trendy tool?
Nowadays, all websites feature video
content. Not simply because it’s the latest
trend, but also because it offers the most
efficient way of engaging with your audi-
ence. Watching video content demands
far less effort than reading an article on-
line, and it can consequently help boost
conversion rates.
Professional broadcasting quality
Until relatively recently, producing
video content required a pretty hefty
budget. Today, however, anyone can af-
ford it!Aword of warning, though - video
content must be both relevant and of the
highest possible quality, so working with
experts is absolutely vital.
The agency has introduced a number
of well-defined and stringent processes
to ensure you get the perfect result every
single time.
Producing video content is a seven-
stage process:
¨¨ The Brief. What is the pur-
pose of the video? Do we need to
adopt a promotional tone or a journal-
istic one? Is the video a special report,
an interview or a TV-style program?
Are we talking about an ad or a viral
video? Our editorial director will use
his experience to identify how the
video should look based on your spe-
cific business needs.
¨¨ The Synopsis. As soon as
the brief has been completed, our
creative team drafts the synopsis.
¨¨ Preparing the shoot. The
team contacts those who are due to
be interviewed on-film and organises
a “pre-interview” session. The aim of
this session is to offer reassurance
and take the drama out of the shoot.
¨¨ The Shoot. In most cases the
shoot is a relatively small-scale affair:
the editorial director and the video
director are the only ones present.
This not only helps keep the shoot
in-budget but also ensures that those
taking part don’t feel too intimidated.
In some cases, however, more peo-
ple are needed, such as when filming
TV-style programs that require two or
three cameras.
¨¨ Video editing. We begin by
roughly editing the video in order to
check the structure of the story, and
then the finer editing is completed.
¨¨ Post-production. Graphics,
lower-thirds, subtitles, music, etc. are
all added during the post-production
phase.
¨¨ Encoding and delivery. The
“master” version of the video is then
encoded ready for broadcast either
on the web, in the point of sale, or via
smartphones or tablets…
Our experience
Previously employed as an editorial
director in an audio-visual press agency,
Stéphane Hérès has devised and super-
vised numerous video projects, including
monthly and weekly Web TV broadcasts,
an HR video platform for a leading
French bank, reports for various clients
such as educational organisations, and
interviews for a real estate foundation.
