Thereis no single application or platform
for employees to access required
information such as
Documents related to internal processes
Team structure and hierarchy
Solutions to problems faced by past employees
Company norms, rules and behavioral or
employee role expectations
Access to information to improve the expertise of
employees
3. Proposed Solution
An application like SharePoint, with
authentication and access levels based on
the role of the employees, where they can
access any documents they need and that
can be used for any internal business
processes, employee support processes
and HR processes
4. Example where similar solution
has been implemented
A very good example can be one which we use
daily in IIT, DC++
But the proposed application should be a
customized version of DC++
Only information relevant to employees will be
available to access
Instead of having information in individual systems,
we store the consolidated information on a server
Along with the information any existing
applications related to internal processes can be
integrated into the same application
