OBJECTIVE
 To learn about the project from existing real
projects.
 To gather primary data.
To get experience from other architects work.
 To identify positive and negative aspects of a
project design.
 To pick out the root causes behind the
success and failures of a design.
To come up with design proposals which takes
into consideration positive & negative aspects
of a design.
The approach to the gates of the site is very
good, it has three 10m asphalt road to the
site FRONT,LEFT & RIGHT sides of the site
The site have two gates main gate (for cars &
human) & only pedestrians
The neighbouring block story typologies are
not well oriented since each & every block
have different building height ( one has G+0,
the other G+2 & G+3)
RIGHT SIDE OF THE BUILDING
 The Access road is asphalt
 The size of the road is 10m
Municipal drainage of access road
 Entry to the building should
be emphasized and easy to
identify.
 The entrance to the building
is fixed more to the right
It is wooden materials,
beautiful and wide.
 This entrance is the main
gate of the building and direct
us to the Lobby of first floor.
It is Flush on the wall

 Horizontal circulation help as to go from
one room or area to anther.
 As you see at the picture this is the
corridor horizontal circulation.
It is less than it should be 105 cm. it
would be better if the width of the
corridor was 120cm.

 This stair is good looking and
directs us to the main door that
leads us to the lobby at first floor.
 It is in the front and more to
the right but also sizable enough
to allow people and furniture.
But don’t have a RAMP for
disables

it is enough to move through.

building have a good opening
for lighting and ventilation
Good window size and also
good materials
Also have a sky light
This is the master bed room
with a good morning sun light.

This light came from the top
of the building and it goes to
the stair first to second.
 this building is opened at the
level of top tie beams

doesn’t have a window but
have opening on the roof for
the smoke to be evicted
