OBJECTIVE
After 16 years in customer
service I would like to broaden
my horizons. With more
challenges and learning more
of how to better help people
get what they need.
SKILLS
CUSTOMER SERVICE
RIGHT AT HOME
07/23/2014 to Present
Assist clients with everyday needs such as driving them to
the store for groceries or meds. Giving a med reminder
helping them with meds and preparing meals. Assisting them
with showers and getting dressed or helping with house hold
chores. Giving them companionship such as playing games,
walking, talking, or putting together puzzles. Being the eyes
and ears that they need in order to make sure they have
everything that they need while in the comfort of their own
home.
WALMART
05/03/03 to 04/13/13
Started out as a cashier up front checking out customers and
bagging their groceries. Sometimes depending on the
person loading groceries into the customers’ car. As a sales
associate in the electronic department I assisted with any
questions regarding TVs, computers, printers, video games.
Assisted customers find the dvd movie or music cd of their
choice if they could not find it. After being in the area for
some time I was moved over to the cellphone department
where customer was assisted with cellphone plans and
questions. There was a quota of 30 phones a month which
was mostly met. Showing the customers how to send and
receive messages making calls before customer departed to
make sure phone was working. Showing customers how to
use apps the mobile web and other basic needs of using the
phone that customers needed help with. Also helped
customers with questions regarding billing and making sure
they understand exactly what they signed up for.

I have a love for children and
people in general. My passion
has always been wanting to
help others my patience level
is very high. All my life it has
been really easy to understand
and help others it is very
rewarding.
T-MOBILE
11/12/13 to 01/12/14
Assisted customers with any cellphone questions or plans
that the store had at the time. Talked to customers about
coverage areas and where the phone will or will not work.
Going over plans including texting, cellphone insurance, and
data plans based on how the customer uses the internet.
Took payments switched out non-working sim cards with sim
cards that did work free of charge. Called customer service
about any technical issues the customer would have with
their phone including not receiving or making calls. Having
issues getting on the internet to sometimes switching out
faulty phones in the store as you as the warranty was still
good. Upon customers walking through the door each one
was greeted upon arrival sales were also based on
commission.
EDUCATION
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
West Forsyth
English and History were my two best subjects on top of
Bible History. I was a member of the poetry club reading was
also a passion of mine. All history was a life lesson learned
there is still plenty more of history for me to learn. In
computer class power points and making web pages were a
big deal to me. Today is still a love for computers and every
day I learn something new.
Forsyth Tech Community College
Associate Degree in Business Management
3
Learning how to make a budget and set a budget learned
how to start up a business from the ground up by doing an
opening of a restaurant with other class mates.
VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE OR LEADERSHIP
In high school I was on the poetry club where I wrote over
250 poems and was invited to Washington D.C. for a poetry
award for some of my poems. I also wrote short stories and
helped my teacher put up winning poems on the bulletin
board.
