This document is an information charging Nelson Tamayori with misprision of felony. The United States Attorney alleges that on September 5, 2014, Tamayori witnessed Vincent Morre assault J.T. and F.F., which is a felony deprivation of rights under color of law, but concealed it by omitting this information from a police report. to wit, Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law in violation of 18
United States Code Section 242 committed by Vincent Morre on
September 5, 2014, did conceal the same by submitting a police report
in which NELSON TAMAYORI purposely omitted that he saw Vincent Morre
assault J. T. and F. F. , and NELSON TAMAYORI did not as soon as possible
make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military
authority under the United States.
