What does “synergize” mean? It means when working together as a group at least more than 2 people you can achieve to complete something……
Synergy is………. Synergize is like a reward or the good part you get out of something you did with someone or celebrating something different u did, teamwork, finding better ways to a solution, and open-mindedness.
Synergy is not…….. Synergize is not working together and not trying to find solutions with the help of someone like tolerating differences, working independently, thinking you are always right, and compromise.
Synergy is Everywhere At school, out of school programs or activities, home, between a group of friends, and more.
Celebrating differences Synergy doesn’t just happen from one day to the next it takes time. You have to get there by learning how to clap for others differences or opinions. For ex. If you are doing a project with someone learn how to share both opinions on how you would like the project to look and what information you want on it.
Tolerator vs.. Celebrator Believe that everyone can be different and have there own opinions. They care about what they think only , they might hear what others say but there opinion counts first to themselves. Value differences between themselves . Count in what others have to say and there differences in something.
END Remember when you work together you can find a better solution……………….
