1. SWOT analysis of my skills
Strengths
-Technology- access to photoshop and editing
programmes at school and also a wide array of tools on
my personal computer, so work can be done all the time.
-With a magazine cover and contents page I do not have
to rely on other members of a group to do their work,
having control over everything is very good.
-Great interest in magazines and editing so this is
going to be a very enjoyable task to complete and further
my skills with photoshop and editing.
-Time management
Weaknesses
-Money ( I currently have a part time job so I am on
a limited budget)
-Limited knowledge of photoshop so this will test my
skills and I will have to teach myself how to use it
skilfully and properly.
-Creating original ideas that have not yet been done.
Opportunities
-Learn how to create a compelling and professional as I
find this very interesting and I believe this has now has a
large influence on what my future job profession may be.
-A chance to express new trends of fashion as this is
something that interests me, this is on elf the reason for
one of the covers, I chose the brand Off White, it also fits
the target audience which was great news for me.
Threats
-Breaking equipment can delay my progress.
-Illness could also lead to a delay in the work and a
decrease in motivation.
- My past time job or family and friend issues getting in
the way of my project.
