CVS	expanding	its	health	care	services	
options,	a	trend	to	benefit	multiple	asset	
classes
• CVS	announced	its	expanding	its	HealthHUB,	a	
patient	care	concept,	to	many	more	markets	
across	the	country	after	a	successful	pilot	in	
Houston.	By	2021,	CVS	plans	to	have	1,500	
locations	nationwide.
• Health	care	facilities	can	be	a	use	in	vacant	
retail	and	office	properties,	and	conversions	to	
health	care	assets	could	be	a	huge	value	add	
play	for	years	to	come	in	many	markets.

according	to	NAIOP
• According	to	NAIOP,	national	office	demand	
is	forecast	to	grow	to	13.5	million	square	
feet	of	quarterly	positive	net	absorption	for	
2019	and	slow	slightly	to	12.7	million	square	
feet	per	quarter	in	2020.
• Office	market	fundamentals	have	been	
steadily	rising	but	rapidly	accelerating,	thus	
it	is	possible	this	asset	class	will	take	off	in
