                                 THE MISSION:
                                 Preach the Gospel,
                                 make disciples,
                                 raise up leaders,
                                 and establish churches
until the whole Earth is filled
with the glory of the Lord!
The Challenge

A nation of roughly 22 million, Romania is the poorest and
least-developed nation in the European Union, due to years
of Communist oppression, but at the same time, there is a
growing hunger to see God move in the nation.
The Challenge: the city

Our plan is to base in Bucharest, a city of 3 million and the
economic, cultural, and political center of Romania.
 The Need:
 230,000 impoverished Gypsies
 96% Romanian Orthodox
An estimated 0.07% evangelical Christians (2,100 people)
Four times as many Muslims as Christians
 The Potential:
 35 colleges and universities
Economic and cultural center of Romania
 Huge population of
   English-speakers
Statistics from Open Society Institute's Survey into Religiosity in Romania
The Challenge: the nation

From Bucharest, our goal is to disciple and train up pastors
and church-planters to reach the cities of Romania.
43% have no access to safe water
 $3,900 - average annual income
 25% live below poverty level
535,140 are marginalized Gypsies (2nd highest in the world)
37% of pregnancies end in abortion (US is 22%)
Half the nation survives on subsistence farming

Statistics from US Bureau of Labor Statistics, Eurostat, World Vision, Abortion Incidence and Access to Services in the United States, and
 Historical Abortion Statistics: Romania
The Challenge: the world

Ultimately, our goal is to see pastors, church-planters,
missionaries, and evangelists launched from Romania to the
 ends of the world.
One of the most exciting things about Romania is that it is
uniquely situated to reach the Eastern Hemisphere!

Our Vision for Romania

Preach the Gospel, make disciples, raise up leaders, and
establish churches until the whole Earth is filled with the
                    glory of the Lord!

To do this, we will be focusing our efforts on reaching college students
and twenty-somethings in Bucharest, and training them up to reach the
city and the rest of the nation with us.
Our Methods

 Preach the Gospel
  Focus on English-speakers first
Street witnessing, door-to-door, tracts, open-air preaching
  Tables with free literature
  Free English classes
 Make disciples
  Small group Bible studies
 Raise up leaders
  Solid Rock Ministry Training School
 Establish churches
Send out pastors from Bucharest to the rest of the nation
Our Commitment

 • We commit to work diligently to bring the Gospel of Jesus
Christ to the unreached of Romania.
 • We commit to disciple followers of Christ to be active in
living for the Kingdom of God.
•We commit to keep people informed of how their support is
 reaching the nations.
Four Ways You Can Help

1 If we’re going to see Romania transformed for the glory
of God, we need to be supported by a lot of prayer.

Would you commit to praying and interceding for what
God is calling us to in Romania?
Four Ways You Can Help

2 Jesus said, “The harvest is ripe but laborers are few.”
We want to invite you to join us to do ministry in
Romania, whether you want to come for a few days, a
few weeks, or a few years.
Four Ways You Can Help

3 To reach our goal of $3,000 in monthly support, we’re
looking for people who will be able to pledge personally
toward our support, becoming part of our mission team.
Would you commit to support our ministry on a monthly
 basis?
Four Ways You Can Help

4 One of the biggest needs we have right now is for
contacts of other people who might want to hear about what
 we’re doing.
Do you know anyone else passionate about reaching the
lost who might be interested in hearing our vision?
Thank You!

Thank you so much for taking the time to hear about what
God is calling us to in Romania.
