Editor's Notes What we found in our review of state policy was disheartening. Since we first looked at state policy around support for new educators in 2012, very little has changed. In fact, in 2012, only three states our most important criteria for high-quality educator induction programs. Those states were Connecticut, Delaware, and Iowa. Hawaii now, too.
