The Challenge
Supercuts is one of the top franchise brands, ranked #1 in its category seven years in a row.
So when franchise growth began to plateau, we needed to open up new streams of leads and
build momentum to sustain the brand for years to come.
The Barrier
Following firsthand interviews with hundreds of well-qualified
entrepreneurs, we discovered that many had rejected the hair-
care concept outright, assuming they would have to learn to
cut hair.
The Solution
We turned the creative on its head, featuring the accountants,
pharmacists, pilots and other professionals who have adopted
the Supercuts model of employing experienced managers and
stylists to do the hands-on work of running the salon.
The Result
We boosted Supercuts’ lead flow for multi-unit deals
by more than 250%.
